Welcome aboard American Airlines flight 244 with service to Orlando! This B737-800 is now seen departing Los Angeles (LAX)! Flight time was 4 hrs & 50 min. I am not a fan of AA but there price was good and the departure time worked best for us. On this aircraft there are power ports but with my luck they did not work in my row! Besides that the flight was great! The flight crew was very nice and they came around multiple times during the flight offering complimentary drinks and snacks for sale. Enjoy the video! - - Interesting story: As usual I went into the cockpit and talked to the pilot and got some nice pictures :) My mother was out side with the first officer and she was telling him how I want to fly commercial aircraft one day. He said "You should talk your son out of it. It is not worth it. It took me 10 years to get where I am now & we don't make much money. My friend drives a truck for a major retail store and only makes $8000 less them me." An In-Flight crew member then said "You should always go for your dreams". That just blew my mind when my mother told me that! How can you tell a kid wanting to fly one day that?! I lost all respect for that man. As we exited the plane he said "have a nice day" to me and I looked him in the eye and shook my head and walked off the plane. That man right there should not be flying. If he thinks it is not worth it then why did he do it in the first place? I think he is a little crazy! Of course it is going to take a long time <b>...</b>

My recent trip to New York City, I purchased a ticket on Midwest, cheapest than all other carriers including Jetblue and Southwest. Movie includes pushback, engine start, and takeoff. Sorry I couldn't get all the taxi with takeoff, flight attendants were still checking seatbelts up to the last minute and I would of been forced to put away my camera! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE! You ride comfy 2x2 leather business-class seats in coach, free drinks, and free fresh on-board baked chocolate chip cookies!! Best domestic airline!! The following is ATC communication as Air Force One departs Ottawa on Feb 19, 2009. I recorded it from feeds on liveatc.net, so big thanks to them. I edited it down from about 20mins, so if it seems like something is missing here or there that might be why. There are some transmissions to/from Air Force One that are incomplete, this was due to a bad internet connection at the time. This all takes place at the end of Obama's trip in preparation for/during his departure. I'll describe what is going on (including parts that were cutoff) below: 0:06- Air Force One requests clearance from Ottawa to Andrew's Air Force Base 0:14- (a bit is cutoff) clearance controller asks AF1 if they are ok with runway 25, the response is garbled but AF1 must have said that was fine. 0:25- AF1 receives their vectors and clearance from Ottawa to AAFB, then reads them back correctly. They are instructed to contact ground control when they are ready to taxi. 1:20- Another Air Force aircraft requests taxi, most of the rest of the communication is cut off. 1:49-3:40- Normal traffic communication, all the commercial flights are rushing to get out because the airspace is getting shut-down soon for Obama's departure, and they don't want to get stuck in Ottawa. 3:44- (most of ground control is cutoff, but what happened was: ground control cleared AF1 to taxi to runway 25 via taxiway Bravo, with instructions to contact Tower when they get there) AF1 reads it back Some arrangements are made about sweeping <b>...</b>

Punctual morning departure from KLIA bound for Stansted (1 April 2009) onboard their first A340-313X named 'Xcalibur' and registered 9M-XAB - heading North overflying Penang, Langkawi and Phuket before I slumbered down to a snore on a rather comfortable XL seat for the duration of the flight. This flight will go daily soon and Air Asia X is taking delivery of their second A340 which has already been painted in a special "Oakland Raiders" livery.

Welcome aboard American Airlines flight 692! This B757-200 is now seen departing Miami International Airport (KMIA/MIA). The flight was headed to Newark Liberty International Airport (KEWR/EWR). This flight was originally going to push back from the gate at 12:10 PM which we did not due to the VERY strong winds @ Newark.
