Almost reminiscent of short animation films nominated at the Oscar Awards, DeVotchKa's "100 Other Lovers" uses stop-motion to depict the heart wrenching tale of a of a Babushka and her collection of birds. DeVotchKa utilizes a grand scheme of trickery through use of an upbeat, head-bopping melodic line accompanied by sad, woeful lyrics. Devotchka - How It Ends Reloop Instrumental for Wedding March
A couple of friends wanted to incorporate Devotchka's "How It Ends" as their wedding march. Since an instrumental wasn't available, I tried to make a loop and edit the original song to time with the ceremony march. Basically, the first build up is when the friends and family walk, then the song starts again for the flower girl and eventually builds up again for the bride. Garageband was used to make the rough loops and build up. The image was taken and owned by theTAKS.
