This loud, glittery look was inspired by the A&T dancers and the vibe in the movie, Drumline (2002). Since it is football season/homecoming season for highschoolers this September/October, I was thinking this look could be used for dance, cheer, color guard, pep flag or any kind of performance for show! And of course, this look could also be worn by vigilant fans in the sidelines as an alternative to painting your face your school colors :) As always, feel free to tweak the look to suit your style and interchange the colors for your own! I simply tried to pack this video with ideas for dress-up so all steps definitely do not have to be followed. At the end you'll get to see me do some basic pep flagging! I know I'm a bit sloppy ... but might I add I haven't picked up my flags for a year or so now so I was super rusty and just trying to remember moves! :P But I thought it'd be an appropriate time to show some moves in the spirit of this look and for performance-sake.
