A very different Drum Cover of a piano cover of I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas using my own groove ideas. I used a lot of cymbal ideas with stickings and some unison parts mostly over a simple bass drum pulse. Igradually worked the toms in with the cymbals, moved to a half time snare backbeat and finally a 2 & 4 back beat to finish. The 8 little videos going at the same time at the end of this video will turn into active links to my other covers once those are uploaded. I'm still working to adjust the fills and to find the right time (a lot of times I lose the rhythm, speeding up or slowing down) but I like it because the result is a song played aggressive and goes well without too many technicalities pulse...
