The Acer Iconica feels like a thrown together, last minute ditch effort to create a compelling product in the nick of time for CES 2011. Another visit to SenQ IOI Mall Puchong yields my meeting with the dual screen laptop. The multitouch aspect of the laptop certainly needs more work to be done as it clearly is half baked. Also Windows 7 is certainly not a touch-gesture friendly OS, no matter how you implement it. I asked a sales representative about it and he says there's no fix for it (I doubt he is aware of the fault in the first place). I told him it's impossible to type by not resting my palms.
