Workin out at the gym all the time is not all you have to do. You have to eat. jack you calories up and mmore importantly jack up ur protein counsumption. im takin bout 250 grams a day or better. im at 300grams and about 4000 calories aday and all this does is put on about 1 maybe 2 pounds on a month. If i want to gain more than that i got to eat more than im eating right now.

My doctor has only seen me a few times (he is my new doctor and does not have my medical history) The fact is, I have always been small (I was born 4 pounds) and my family has a history of high metabolism....yet every time I go to see him, he asks me if I have an eating disorder, he thinks I am bulimic. I have NEVER had an eating disorder, and I have always trained to gain weight.
