Mikael Erlandsson (vocals, keyboards, guitar) Mats Persson (guitar, keyboards, bass) Jan Eliasson (guitar) Christer Jansson (drums) Claes Andreasson (guitar) Torbjorn Wassenius (guitar) MIKAEL ERLANDSSON, citizen of Gothenburg on the Swedish westcoast, is one of the most promising singer/songwriters in Sweden today. He started as a drummer in a punk-rock band in 1978 and later joined the band "Studs" as a keyboard player. The single called "Frågor Och Svar" became a local hit in 1982. After a few years he developed his song writing and started the new band "N'gang" in 1985 as a lead singer. The top moment was the Swedish qualification for the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 with the song "Vi Vill Ha Värme". It became a hit in Sweden. After a big tour MIKAEL ERLANDSSON decided to go separate ways and joined a hard rocking band called "Crash" in 1991. They did a big tour in England for three weeks and released an album at the same time, but he still wanted to develop his song writing ... So he became a solo artist as a singer/songwriter in 1993. The first album he released was called "The One" in 1994 and the second one "Under The Sun" in 1995 was elected as "the best release during 1996" in the japanese "BURRN". In 1996 MIKAEL ERLANDSSON spent most of my time touring in Sweden and did an unforgettable gig at "Ullevi" (a very big arena in Gothenburg) as a "warm-up artist" for TINA TURNER and a support tour with BRYAN FERRY in front of a stunning audience.
