This is the first trailer for the David Fincher version of "The GIrl with the Dragon Tattoo" based on the novel by Stieg Larsson. Hey there movie buffs, Amanda Janner here for Clevver Movies. Director David Fincher has reportedly optioned Jason Starr's 2009 crime novel Panic Attack. The dark crime thriller tells the story of a New York psychologist who shoots and kills a home intruder. His life unravels as he is vilified by the press and faces the victim's vengeful accomplice. Panic Attack will be under the roof of Fincher's new production company Panic Pictures. Considering he also directed Panic Room, there's just something about Fincher and the word panic. The screenplay for Panic Attack will reportedly be written by Ocean's Eleven and Matchstick Men writer Ted Griffin. On may 27th one of my all time favorite directors - David Fincher - attended a special actors studio interview at Cinemateket in Stockholm. Mystepho and I were lucky enough to get tickets for this epic event but I also had a totally different egenda up my sleeve... After the interview, there was also a special showing of a film that Fincher picked out himself as a film of inspiration (sort of). The film was called Klute and starred Donald Sutherland and Jane Fonde.
