Line 6 Flextone III XL with Yamaha Pacifica with EMG H4

This is me playing with my personalised Yamaha Pacifica 112, I call her the Crying demon! ;) The has several changes: The pickguard is in aluminium EMG H4 and H4a Pickups In the video I used the H4 on the bridge position, in the flextone I used the Mesa Triple rectifier with the Marshall 4x12" green backs and on the AIRII was sm57 offaxis. hope you enjoy!
Line 6 Flextone III Demonstration 2

Much better than my other video, I've tweaked some channels to sound better plus I'm running through different speakers. I found these in my storage room, they belonged to my parents. A pair of Traynor loud speakers they got back in the 70's when they were in a band. These really clean up the sound and add a lot of clarity. Plus I can finally use Ping Pong delay properly, sounds great in person. Any comments and constructive criticism is welcome. I'm a guitar player for fun, my real instrument I play is drums so I'm not that good at guitar. RI on the song descriptions refers to the band I'm in, Renewed Insight, which I play drums for. I'm playing through my Schecter Omen-7 w/upgraded pick ups. DiMarzio Evolution 7 and DiMarzio Blaze Neck 7. I have the low B string taken off for this vid and I'm in drop D tuning.

Flextone III Sweep Delay Demo

This video is a demonstration of the Flextone III's inbuilt sweep delay. Tempo was tapped to fit playing speed, decay was altered and reverb was added to taste. It's pretty easy to hear the 'wooshiness' of the sweep. The guitar played was an Epiphone Les Paul Classic (stock pups). I play an excerpt from a song called 'Buchenwald' by my band Vinyl Future (www.myspace.com/vinylfuture). Line 6 Flextone III XL Modeling Amp Demo

The Line 6 Flextone III XL amplifier may be a modeling amp, but it does just more than model amps. It models classic delays and modulation effects as well. Even if you're one of those figures who scoffs at what the Flextone passes off as the tone of your favorite tube amp, there's no denying that it does get a wide variety of sounds and provides enough effects that you can throw your pedalboard out the window. Ten points if you hit a passing automobile! See more on Gearwire.com.
