I like to just wet a paper towel and wipe my brush between colors and this both cleans and re-wets the brush for the next color. Hi Guys, I have now been allowed by Youtube to have videos longer than 15mins, well it seems rude not to use the 'gift' they have given me :-)) Bit silly of them I think since you guys probably already know that given half a chance I can talk about craft all day and night! lol! Anyway this is a card made using a gorgeous CD rom with images from the original paintings of Cicely Mary Barker the artist of the real Flower Fairies. I like using the CD roms and crafting from them, if you get good cd's and a good printer (I just have a regular canon inkjet) that has a rear feed as well as a regular paper feed - card will feed better from the rear feed as there is very little bend to take it through the printer. I also made sure I had one that offered borderless printing so when I print out my paper it doesn't look any different to paper bought in the store. You will see in this video I had not yet got my new printer and it was not a borderless print. Anyway I hope you enjoy the video and I would love you to leave comments and subscribe. I purchased this floral dress months ago and I have only worn it once since it' kind of goes overboard with the flowers so I figured, if you can't wear it casually you might as well wear it out for Halloween. I love everything flowery and girly so this is like the ideal costume for me, but if you find this look a little overwhelming definitely just pick any 2 of the 3 main pieces and adjust to your own preferences. The hair I wear in this is just my alternative braid please go see that tutorial if you haven't already done so. You can also wear your hair in my bohemian fairy braid style or even just leave it down.
