New York City's police department is fighting a legal battle for its Stop and Frisk policy. Last year 685724 individuals were searched and of those frisked 88 percent were innocent. Civil rights leaders say that the policy is targeting minorities and isn't preventing crime, but claim the policy itself is a crime. Yet, another example of the NYPD's stop and frisk policy at work. On February 23, 2012 we passed 2 men being stopped and frisked outside of their car in Harlem. It turned out that the police stopped them because of the vehicles tinted windows. During the stop the driver had trouble finding his drivers license. Both men were told to get out of the car and had their bodies frisked. After their bodies were frisked the NYPD proceeded to search the vehicle. While the men were standing at the back of the car the driver searched his pockets again and was able to find his license. At this point the NYPD took down all of the drivers information and let both him and the passenger go with no tickets or traffic violations. Add another worthless stop and frisk to the 700000 that take place in New York City each year. More people human rights were violated for no reason whatsoever other than driving while black in Harlem.

The NYPD's key crime-fighting tactic known as Stop and Frisk appears headed to trial. A federal judge in an 86-page decision ruled that a lawsuit by several plaintiffs raises serious questions about quotas, racial profiling, and constitutional rights that should be heard by a jury: Despite attempts to have it thrown out, the Center for Constitutional Rights' lawsuit accusing the NYPD of "stop and frisk" racial profiling will proceed. Yesterday Judge Shira A. Scheindlin ruled that there was enough evidence, stating, "This case presents an issue of great public concern... the disproportionate number of African-Americans and Latinos who become entangled in our criminal justice system, as compared to Caucasians." NYPD cops stopped a 19 year old Bronx teen and allegedly found a small amount of narcotics in his pocket. The NYPD claims the teen struck an officer and than resisted arrest but the video shows the teen riving in pain at the feet of 6 officers striking him with batons and kicking him in his head and ribs. NYPD cops that conduct illegal stop and frisk tend to man handle or aggressively grab and touch the person they are frisking which is done to provoke the person into a physically confrontation which will result in an arrest. I make that statement from experience, I was forcefully grab and had my legs kicked apart after being told to step out of my vehicle without any probably cause by a group of undercover NYPD cops. This young teen could have died from the blows he sustained from this beating which included punt like kicks directly to his head while he was in a fetal position trying to protect his head and vital organs. Minorities are viewed as a sub-human race without any rights and this is why police beatings and killings are all to common here in America. Thank god this was captured on tape or this young man would not only be recovering from the injuries he sustained from this brutal beating, but would also be facing charges for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest which is clearly a lie.

NYPD chased an unarmed teenager into his home and shot him dead in front of his Grandmother and 6 year old brother. The murdered teen's Grandmother was then questioned for 7 hours so the police could come up with a story to justify the shooting. A spoof website promised a free happy meal to people who are "stop and frisked" by the NYPD. Jerry Goralnick and Divad Durant created the site. Terry Malloy, the author of the "Three Strikes, You're In!" press release, told Business Insider that the parody initiative was launched to draw attention to the Stop-and-Frisk program and the innocent people that it targets. As President Obama uses the alleged assassination of Osama Bin Laden to divert attention away from his fake birth certificate and boost his approval rating, NYPD holds a Bronx neighborhood hostage as they stop and search anyone caught outside after dark. There is an unofficial curfew in poor and middle class neighborhoods in New York City in which anyone caught breaking this curfew is subject to an prison style search and has his or her information written down for a computer data base loaded with the personal information of thousands of citizens that have broken no laws. Americans have been made to feel that they no longer have the right to their own bodies or personal effects in the face of an artificially created atmosphere of fear and terror. 2 undercover NYPD officers stop and frisk rap artist St.Laz as he left a relative's building with his friend and music partner Opium. When they asked the officers the reason for the stop the officers became very hostile and belligerent towards them. A uniformed officer that wrote down their personal information and address gave a vague reason to why they had been stopped, frisked and their information taken down. The uniformed officer said they had a "job" there but gave no exact reason for stopping the young men such as having a description a victim may have given to the 911 operator. Former Governor David Patterson passed a law that outlawed police taking the personal information of people that are not arrested, but in this video you can clearly hear the officer ask one of the young men for his address in direct violation of this law. We have a serious problem with the NYPD hunting minority men and the poor on a daily basis and looking for and in some cases creating reasons to add them to the prison industrial complex. Protesters marched in Harlem against NYPD's stop and frisk program that has stopped close to 700000 people this year alone. NYPD arrested some of the protesters which refused to be silenced in this police practice which for the most part targets Blacks, Latinos and the poor. The protesters where from all races and symbolized the unity of the human race in the face of tyranny and oppression, something the corrupt members of NYPD hate to see as they like the population divided so they can step in as the saviors and make arrest and write summons. NYPD has been exposed for the criminal organization that it is which targets citizens and even their own officers by forcing them to harass the very people they are sworn to protect and serve. It is my hope and wish that a full Federal investigation is lunched and the top brass along with Raymond Kelly are brought to justice for crimes against hundreds of thousands of innocent New Yorkers.
