Most likely not the "first" episode of GamePro, but it is the first one I recorded way back in 1991 when I was but a wee lad. Tons of classic footage of NES tips and cheats, Super Ghouls and Ghosts, Game Gear and Sega CD previews, Wolverine eating burgers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Castlevania for the Game Boy and more! No one else seems to have this show on tape, so enjoy its Net debut! I recorded many episodes of this series from its original 1991-1992 run, the only season of GamePro TV ever produced. Long running video game magazine Game Pro will shut down their magazine subscriptions and their website beginning December 5th. . Parent company International Data Group or IDG has decided that the ad dollars just weren't there and that staff layoffs are being implemented. GamePro began back in 1988 and joined up with IDG in 1989 publishing video game news, reviews, interviews, and more. They eventually launched GamePro.com and affiliated sites over the years. . According to IndustryGamer, despite growing magazine subscriptions, GamePro Media is "refocusing its US business exclusively on its growing custom publishing and solutions business." The decision was made by IDG's head of Consumer and Small Business media group which includes PCWorld, MacWorld, and GamePro Media. . Going forward, GamePro Media will focus on making custom content for vendors and events and all editorial content will now be housed within PCWorld. After December 5th if you visit GamePro.com you'll be redirected to the PCWorld GamePro channel on pcworld.com. . This is just a vid of the first match of me playing Unreal Tournament 3 with some other members of a gaming forums I frequent. It's mainly for me and them to watch, but all are welcome to watch as well. I've done a few of these vids int he past with me sucking as Gears of War vs other GP members. I am considerably better at UT3 UT3 is a blast to play, and I'd invite anyone watching this to pick this game up. You can find it for an extremely cheap price at Gamestop. I believe the going price for the game right now is about $6 which is really cheap for what you get. The GP members in this vid are: Dr_Doom, and codizzle587. I'm not sure if the other guy is GP or not.
