Large crowds gathered and at approximately 6:45 pm An apparent blood / crip gang fight began and a male black was shot on Speedway and 17th. Four suspects fled in a car, and hundreds at the basketball courts went running for cover. The male that was shot would not describe his attackers, but as he went critical he began to give information as well as witnesses at the scene. UPDATE: Wrong suspects shooters still at large. Large amounts of gang members are Leaving the area via bus. A massive deployment of officers is monitoring the crowds and MTA is sending more buses.

I decided to post this film because there aren't many people who know about Ralph Cooper and his huge contribution to Black entertainment and history. Cooper has helped pave the way for many Black artists like Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, etc. If you haven't read "Amateur Night at the Apollo: Ralph Cooper Presents Five Decades of Great Entertainment, please do. KARACHI: At least four passengers were injured in firing on a bus in Lee Market area while firing is continue in many localities of Old City, Geo News reported on Monday. According to details, unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate fire on a passenger bus as result four people sustained bullet injures. The injured were rushed to Civil hospital. Firing in Kharadar, Napier road, Lee market, Baghdadi and Khada market has created panic among the people. Trade and business centres are also shut in these areas. In a town of 12000, a dozen firearm-related reports over the span of three weeks make Hobbema sound like a war zone. But on the Alberta reserve, where a stray bullet from a drive-by shooting struck a toddler last Sunday, the number of reports actually marks an improvement. "In 2005, we were averaging four or five drive-bys a night," said Corporal Darrel Bruno, a spokesman for Hobbema's RCMP. At the time, the detachment carried a caseload that was more than three times the national average. But after the massive national attention that its gang-related violence drew, 10 additional members were dispatched to the reserve, 80 kilometres south of Edmonton. Marred by disenfranchisement, high rates of drug abuse, fragmented family life in part as a result of the residential school systems, and violence, Hobbema is a business hub for 13 native gangs, including the Redd Alert, Indian Posse and the Alberta Warriors. Experts attribute the increase in crime to a growing need for crack cocaine. As Alberta becomes more affluent from oil money, more people in boomtowns such as Fort McMurray want drugs. Despairing towns like Hobbema become thoroughfares for this kind of trafficking, and the gangs start jockeying for power. "It's supply and demand," observed Ms. Grekul. Denmark's government has pledged extra resources and manpower to deal with a gang war between the local Hell's Angels biker group and immigrants. Since last summer there have been more than 30 gang-related shootings in Copenhagen, Denmark's capital.
