Björk Verandi: A poem written by Didda, later portions of it was turned into a song by Björk, relased online for free download in july 2001. The song was written before the Dancer in the Dark episode began, and it will be released on the first single, Hidden Place, in August. The original demo was sent to India to "Bollywood" composer Jolly Mukherjee. Jolly did a string arrangement and recorded the orchestra in Bombay and returned the tapes to Europe where Björk continued to work on the song in London, Iceland and Denmark prior to completing the song in January of this year when long time collaborater Marius de Vries worked with Björk to take the song to completion. ____________________________________________________________ VERANDI Hafandi eyrað í vasanum hafandi augun í skónum ástarbréf í maganum vönd af kossum í munninum Kyrr!
