Golf Tips - Hit The Driver 300+ Yards!!!

www.facebook.com Please note: I am not saying to hang back through the entire swing with the driver, what I am saying is, at the point of impact you will be behind the ball then post impact your body and club will bring you to your left side, finishing completely on your left foot. (for right handed golfers) Ron's Passive Golf Method is about rotating the core of your body and following the eye line through the swing. Not only will you become more powerful, you will become much more consistent in your accuracy, based on the fact that you will no longer have to have impeccable hand and arm timing to try and square the clubface at impact with the hands and the arms. By using the core muscles you will not only deliver the club to the ball with power, your bigger muscles will allow the club to square to the ball by rotating through the ball versus what we all have a tendency to do which is swinging at the ball.

Golf Tips - Tempo

Todays tip will be about tempo. I've always felt that if the mechanics of one's golf swing are fairly sound other then that the occasional tune up from your pro, youre going to work on tempo more than anything. Tempo is kind of the glue that holds everything together. We all tend to swing too hard or too fast. Golf is a game of distance, in our minds anyway, more than a game of accuracy. Were all trying to hit the ball farther. If anybody has heard a golfer say they dont want to hit the ball farther I want to meet them ,Ive never met one! A gentleman once asked me if I could give him just one tip, one sentence that would be the secret to the golf swing, what would it be? He thought I would take time to think about it but I didnt. I said, "Sir, if you always have your arms moving in the same direction at the same time you're going be fine." He looked and very puzzled and scratched his head and walked away from me like I didnt know what I was talking about, like I was half nuts, but its true.

Golf Tips tv: Stand like a Tour Pro

www.iGolftv.com A must see The Modern Posture Position To many players including some tournament professionals fail to realize just how important the legs are in the set up. But know for certain that if you have your legs in a great position to begin with it makes everything else there after a lot easier. If I have to little knee flex I will lose balance and power, to much though and I wont be able to turn and coil properly..........yep it's important. Great thought for me. Stand like i'm Roger Federer about to return a serve or like I'm David James about to save a penalty . Remember golf's an athletic sport so I should stand like that not like I'm ordering a glass of pimms at the Henley Regatta. I need to bend forwards from the hips and waist, setting an awesome spine angle ......this again increases the odds of my swing being on the correct plain. I make sure the feet, knee's, hips and shoulders are all square. Poor posture very often accounts for a poor swing, work hard on this area and I will dramatically increase my odds of having an efficient repeatable golf swing. I feel my weight running down the inside of my legs and into the inside of my feet, if anything I want to feel the weight moving down through the inside of your legs into the inside of both feet. Imagine I could hold a beach ball between my knees. From here I allow my hands to hang just in front of my shoulders, once I reach this position I will be able to make a great triangle with the shoulders and arms ...

Golf Tips - Impact

In this section I want to talk about the most important position in the golf swing. Many times in magazines they'll feature a centerfold spread and they'll have individual frames of the golf swing from a few different angles, this position and so on, and we get to think of the golf swing as a sequence of static positions that are put together through motions, and thats really true.
