Eco feat. Radmila - Change The World (Steve Haines Remix)

Listen on Spotify: bit.ly Download on iTunes: bit.ly Download on Beatport: bit.ly One of the 17 strong originals from his debut album 'M(You)sic', is Eco's new single 'Change The World'. And changing the world he has. Under his Eco moniker, New-York resident Marcello Pacheco has helped shaping today's dance land scenery, with tracks such as 'Light At The End', 'Borealis' and 'Lost Angeles'. His sound defines itself as 'melodic gold' and that's exactly what his debut album is all about. 'Change The World' is the next piece of music to reveal what this talented producer is made of. On this journey, he invited upcoming singing talent Radmila Markidonova. This Russian lady, a finalist of Russia's 'X-Factor' tv show, was one of the winners of the Armada Singing Competition in July 2010 and amongst the many requests of producers wanting to work with her, was Eco. And so, their collaboration was born. 'Change The World' is deep and mysterious, rousingly energetic but soothingly progressive at the same time, as it touches you with the powerful yet soothing voice of Radmila. Another outstanding original from the Eco studios. UK producer Steve Haines, who recently remixed Max Graham's 'FYC', now takes charge of 'Change The World'. His remix is light, slightly uplifting and fuses progressive with house. Tracklist 1.Change The World (Original Mix) 2.Change The World (Steve Haines Remix)

Reel People Feat. Nathan Haines - Spiritual

Hailing from Londons East End, Oli Lazarus spent three years of musical osmosis in Flying Records, a shop specialising in soulful dance music. After this grounding education and with very little song writing or studio experience under his belt, he produced Reel Peoples debut single Spiritual. The entirely positive reception to his maiden voyage (plus a little help from production master Phil Asher and multi-instrumentalist Nathan Haines), helped spur him on to realise the lauded debut LP. Mike Patto, a gifted multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter and arranger came on board in 2002 having previously worked with restless soul and collaborated with artists including Don E. Patto's father (also Michael) was a musical figure of note, as vocalist in renowned 60s jazz/rock fused group Patto. The influence rubbed off on Mike (and Oli), as well as other artists who proved key in shaping the Reel People sound, including Steely Dan and Stevie Wonder plus other black music heroes such as Marvin Gaye and Gil Scott Heron. Reel People have come home to roost on Papa Records for their brand new offering Seven Ways To Wonder which is released on February 25th 2008. The new longplayer has upped the ante: a heady brew of the many ingredients necessary to concoct an album worthy of a claim to their position within the classic UK soul pantheon. Haines Junction on Alaska Highway Oil Painting On Canvas by Mekdam Nima This presentation captures steps of one of the Oil Paintings done by the Canadian Contemporary Artist Mekdam Nima. It will help you visualize the steps and sequence of developing the Haines Junction on Alaska Highway Oil Painting. Haines Junction is a village that lies in Shakwak Valley in Yukon, Canada. It is located at Kilometer 1632 (historical mile 1016) of the Alaska Highway at its junction with the Haines Highway, 158 kilometres west of Whitehorse. Haines Junction was established in 1942 during construction of the Alaska Highway. In 1943, the US Army Corps of Engineers completed a branch road (today's Haines Highway) connecting the Alaska Highway with the port of Haines on Lynn Canal. Haines Junction is on the eastern boundary of Kluane National Park and Reserve. Haines Junction is best known as the access point to Kluane National Park and Reserve, a dramatically beautiful wilderness park, famous for its glaciers, mountains, and wildlife. The Canadian Contemporary Artist Mekdam Nima visited Haines Junction few times. There is something romantic about Haines Junctions' nature. It has inspired Mekdam to start this work of art. Mekdam enjoyed the painting and was experimenting with colors while painting the amazing scenery in and around Haines Junction. The trip through Alaska Highway and Haines Junction left lasting imprints of unforgettable memories of breathtaking views in and around the area <b>...</b>

MARK HAINES ON 9/11 TOWERS' COLLAPSE - CNBC - SQUAWK BOX

Mark Haines: "This was clearly...the...the...the way the structure is collapsing...this was the result of something that was planned. This is not...it's not accidental that the first tower just happened to collapse and then the second tower just happened to collapse in exactly the same way. The Crystal Method ft Emily Haines "Come Back Clean"

www.A3Network.com. The Crystal Method ft Emily Haines "Come Back Clean". LA's Crystal Method have been referred to as America's answer to the Chemical Brothers. A dance-based electronic duo with a definite rock band feel, the comparison would seem appropriate, although it tends to erase what makes the group distinct a solid base in American hip-hop, rock, soul, and pop. Formed in 1993 by Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland, Crystal Method is the most recent stop in a string of projects that led them from their native Las Vegas (and some forgettable four-track stabs at vocal house music), to the early-'90s LA rave scene. Drawn in by its youthful idealism, Jordan and Kirkland became absorbed by LA's underground club culture and began knocking out tracks inspired by their experiences. On the strength of one of their demos, Crystal Method signed to Steve Melrose and Justin King's City of Angels imprint in 1994, and their debut single, "Keep Hope Alive," appeared soon after. The title was in reference to LA's waning rave scene (burdened by constant police pressure and a string of random violent incidents) and became something of an anthem due to the endless barrage of remixes and alternate versions that appeared. The pair's demand to be taken seriously as a band (as opposed to the enforced anonymity of most techno acts, and something of a new concept for American dance producers) extended to incessant live performances, and Crystal Method's increasing popularity both in the clubs <b>...</b>

Connie Haines - Beryl Davis - Rhonda Fleming - Jane Russell

These 4 legendary ladies of movies and recording joined forces during the mid-1950s to form the Hollywood Christian Group to sing gospel songs. Albums, singles and TV appearances followed including this one - in which they perform a medley of spirituals. Connie, who sang with the Harry James and Tommy Dorsey Bands during the 1940s, sadly died on 22 September 2008 at age 87. May this TV clip from 1954 serve as a tribute to the petite singer with the big voice. Rest in Peace Connie.
