Amazing scenes as the top three in the championship, along with almost the entire field, crash out at turn 5 and cause a massive pile-up and almost block the track when on slick tyres on a wet track. This video was taken on day 5 of the 2011 15-meter Nationals out of Logan, Utah. After a tough day getting around the course I took a big gamble and went way deep into the second to last turn cylinder to a very good looking cloud. It paid off with a huge thermal that took me to cloud base. That is the beginning of this video with me giggling in delight. One problem, the day had died (I didn't know this) and I still had 91 miles to make it home... This video shows pilot Bruno Vassel IV - B4 flying a highly modified ASW20B in the final 10 minutes trying to find lift over a small ridge and getting forced out into the valley because of sinking off the ridge. I spend a good amount of time circling low trying to decide on the field and then landing. PLEASE READ: Why did I pick the wheat field instead of the plowed field? The plowed field was freshly plowed within the last few days. The furrows were deep and also running the opposite direction from how I wanted to land - up hill. You can also see that there is a large depression running in the middle of the field effectively cutting it in half. It was also much more angled than the wheat field. The only gate I could see from the air was on the corner of the wheat field where I came to a stop within 30 feet. The biggest reason why I picked the wheat field is that I thought I saw the crop was not as tall but we all then saw that was wrong. OK, lesson learned you can not judge crop height in the air other than by color. Glad ...

High quality version: www.youtube.com Game 1 of the 1992 NBA Finals was memorable because of the show that Jordan put on. He hit 6 three-point field-goals and scored 35 points in the first half - both NBA Finals records. The Bulls completed their 33 point route of the Blazers and went on to win the championship that year. Oh yeah, did I mention the fact that MJ sat out for about 6 and a half minutes in the first half and STILL managed to easily get 35 points. During the second half I think he only attempted 4 shots, and connected on 2 of them. It wasn't the individual scoring he cared about or he could have easily gone for 50 or more. Jordan finished with 39 points on 16-27 shooting, 3 rebounds, 11 assists, and 2 steals.

For excellent card trick tutorials visit www.learncardmagictricks.co.uk www.andyfield.info Andy Field is a professional magician and is available for weddings, parties and events. The Cups and Balls, amazingly performed here by professional Bristol magician Andy Field, is one of the most oldest and beautiful effects in magical history. Some magicians use it to compare their skills off against each other. Some routines are very simple and others are complicated and intricate. Apparently it uses every skill in the magicians armory to some degree and it is a challenge to all those who want to master it. This is my award winning routine. After proceeding past the Ammar Opening Sequence I have designed my middle and ending sequences to be simple enough for the spectators to engage in and watch but at the same time use the best techniques I know for method, effect, design, construction, misdirection, pacing and timing of this famous classic and at the same time make it entertaining. This performance took 25 years of study, thousands of hours of practice and all for this knowledge to come together at the same time for three and a half minutes. I hope you enjoy my performance. However, bear in mind that this is still a work in progress. If necessary I will spend another 25 years working on it. I am obsessed with this effect and the beauty that lies within it. I hope my routine inspires, motivates and encourages some of you to get your own set of cups. If you can learn this trick ...

Semi-final: Australia 0 New Zealand 17 (Declan O'Donnell 2, Tim Mikkelson tries; Buxton Popoalii con) Halftime 10-0 Three tries to speedster Declan O'Donnell ensured New Zealand landed the Wellington Sevens rugby tournament crown with an emphatic 29-14 win over England last night. The Waikato teenager had earlier scored twice against Australia to send the hosts into the final and it was his blistering speed and the team's defiance after the loss of captain DJ Forbes early in the match that saw them claim their fifth Wellington title and a share of the world series lead. Forbes, playing in his 38th sevens tournament, left the field with a knee injury following Isoa Damu's try that handed England, winners here in 2009, a 7-0 lead. But New Zealand drew inspiration from old hands Tomasi Cama, Lote Raikabula and Forbes' replacement Solomon King to score 29 unanswered points to deny England. Cama provided the first try for the busy Toby Arnold, before 19-year-old O'Donnell sparked into life in wet conditions. He fended off Dan Norton twice to score under the posts and give New Zealand a 12-7 lead at the break. From the restart, New Zealand pounced on an England error and Arnold repaid the favour for Cama who sold an outrageous dummy to scoot over next to the posts. Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan led a first-half assault as the Chicago Bulls put together their best game of the playoffs, trouncing the Indiana Pacers, 106-87, in Game Five to regain control of the Eastern Conference finals. Pippen, who missed two crucial free throws at the end of Game Four, scored 17 of his 20 points in an outstanding all-around first half. He shot 7-of-12 from the field and again smothered Pacers point guard Mark Jackson, who managed five points. "Dealing with Monday night's loss was very tough for me personally," said Pippen, who had been shotting less than 40 percent from the field and under 50 percent from the line in the series. "I wanted to go and attack the basket tonight, use all the energy I had, to make up for the mistakes I made on Monday." Jordan, who missed a three-pointer at the buzzer in Game Four and joined coach Phil Jackson in criticizing the referees afterwards, also scored 17 first-half points. He shot 12-of-20 from the field and finished with 29 points. "We came out tonight with something to prove," Jordan said. "We decided to be the aggressors. Scottie and I had good energy going toward the basket and we were able to make it happen." "I did not emphasize that in practice," Jackson said. "I did not say that you have to go to the basket or that we have to go to the basket. But our players knew what they didn't do in the previous two games. Scottie and Michael took it upon themselves to prove a point today." Consecutive three ...

Game 1 - Celtics 98, Lakers 88 The Celtics drew first blood and won Game 1, improving to 7-2 all-time at home in Game 1 versus the Lakers. With the win, the Celtics improved to 11-1 at home this postseason. Paul Pierce was the story of Game 1. After scoring only 3 points in the 1st half, Pierce erupted for 15 third-quarter points, going 5-for-5 from the field and 3-for-3 from 3-point range. Pierce left the game with 6:48 in the third quarter with an apparent knee injury and had to be helped off the court in a wheelchair. However, he dramatically returned to the court after just a few minutes, and re-entered the game showing no ill effects from his injury. Pierce finished with 22 points and Kevin Garnett, who had 16 first-half points, ended Game 1 with 24 points. Boston held the Lakers to a 25.0 FG percentage in the fourth quarter. The Lakers lost Game 1 for the first time in the 2008 postseason and fell to 4-9 in their last 13 postseason road games. Kobe Bryant started the game by missing his first three shots and was 2-8 from the field in the first quarter. Bryant scored 12 points in the third quarter and finished with a team-high 24 points for the game. After scoring 51 points in the first half, the Lakers scored just 37 points in the second half. Derek Fisher scored 13 points in the first half but had just 2 points in the second half. The Lakers were outrebounded 46-33 in the game.

The fourth round of the cross-country competition in UCI Mountain Bike World Cup presented by Shimano took place in the legendary Canadian venue of Mont-Sainte-Anne and, once again, produced some fierce battles. One day after Canada Day celebrations, Catharine Pendrel (Luna) gave Canadian cycling fans another reason to celebrate with her victory at the only Canadian stop of the World Cup. Series leader Julie Bresset (BH-Suntour-Peisey Vallandry) finished third behind Irina Kalentieva (Topeak Ergon), after crashing while at the front of the race with Pendrel. After her crash, Bresset was slow to get going again, and Kalentieva was able to bridge up to her on the fourth lap. The Russian then dropped the World Cup leader to move into second, and Bresset briefly lost control of third to Katerina Nash (Luna) when she had to stop into the pit for a rear wheel change. Marie-Hélène Prémont (Maxxis-Rocky Mountain) was also close to catching her. However, Bresset was able to reel in Nash on the final half lap to hold onto to third, with Nash taking fourth and Premont fifth. Elite Women: Bresset holds on to series lead Pendrel remains in second in the overall standings after four rounds, 140 points behind Bresset. Premont jumped from ninth to third in the standings, at 480 points, tied on points with Lene Byberg (Specialized). "This was one of my main goals for the season," explained Pendrel. "I had a poor start, but was able to make my way up to the leaders on the first lap. Julie ...

Mirror's Edge is a single-player first person action-adventure video game developed by EA Digital Illusions CE (DICE) and published by Electronic Arts. The game was announced on July 10, 2007, and was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November 2008. A Windows version was released on January 13, 2009. Mirror's Edge is powered by the Unreal Engine 3 with the addition of a new lighting solution, developed by Illuminate Labs in association with DICE. The game has a brightly coloured style and differs from most other first-person perspective video games in allowing for a wider range of actions—such as sliding under barriers, tumbling, wall-running, and shimmying across ledges—and greater freedom of movement, in having no heads-up display, and in allowing the legs, arms, and torso of the character to be visible on-screen. Mirror's Edge is set in a futuristic dystopian society, and so a network of 'runners', including the main character, Faith, are used to transmit messages while evading government surveillance. In the style of a three-dimensional platform game, the player guides Faith over rooftops, across walls, and through ventilation shafts, negotiating obstacles using movements inspired by parkour and free running. Mirror's Edge has received mostly positive reviews, with the PC version garnering a Metacritic aggregated score of 81%. The game's uniqueness and its expansive environments have received praise, while criticism has centred on its weakness of plot ...

In-depth tutorial on creating an automatic farm setup, ready to be used with any flood gate system. This video is part 1 of a multipart tutorial going over how to design and build an "advanced" automatic wheat farm like the one shown in my video: www.youtube.com In this video I show how to plan and build the fields, irrigation, collection area, and water-routes needed for an automatic farm. It is completely ready to install either a flood gate, as shown in my first video (and the topic of the next tutorial) or a simple Piston. Thank you everyone for the awesome feedback and support for my work, it really helps me out. If you have any way of making an improved design share it with me, or if you used an alternate setup I would love to see it. And of course, if you build it on a server I'd love a tour of it if you'd invite me :) If you enjoyed the video and it helped you at all, share that with me by maybe a little thumbs up action, or comments, or if you really like it and want to see more (and make me feel good) you can even sub and share it! (end of shameless self-plug) I'm working on the Water-gate tutorial as you read this, but its a lot more indepth and is taking me longer to plan out every step of the tutorial to make it good. ===User Pics=== Here is a beautiful set of fields done by drted, who quadrupled the fields and made a massive industrial complex out of the thing. The defending Super Bowl champion Packers took the opening kickoff and marched 76 yards in just over four minutes, scoring the first points on Brett Favre's 22-yard touchdown pass to Antonio Freeman. The Broncos responded with a 10-play, 58-yard drive capped by Davis's 1-yard run to tie the game. Tyrone Braxton intercepted Favre two plays later, and John Elway scored on a third-and-goal play to begin the second quarter. Steve Atwater forced Favre to fumble three plays later, and Neil Smith recovered at the Packers' 33. Jason Elam converted a 51-yard field goal, the second longest in Super Bowl history, to give the Broncos a 17-7 lead with 12:21 left in the half. After an exchange of punts, the Packers produced a 17-play, 95-yard drive that consumed 7:26 and finished with Favre's 6-yard touchdown pass to Mark Chmura on third-and-5 with 12 seconds left in the half. Tyrone Williams forced and recovered Davis's fumble at the Broncos' 26 on the first play from scrimmage in the second half. However, the Broncos' defense kept the Packers out of the end zone as Ryan Longwell's 27-yard field goal tied the game with 11:59 left in the third quarter. After another exchange of punts, Elway's 36-yard pass to Ed McCaffrey keyed a 13-play, 92-yard drive capped by Davis's 1-yard touchdown run with 34 seconds left in the third quarter.
