Thanks again! Donna and I finished our trek up Sweet Creek, a few miles above Mapleton Oregon. This water fall is at the end of the trail. We met people from the local area in addition to travelers from British Columbia, Nebraska, California and other parts of Oregon. This trail is a very popular and easy to get to. The day was nice, which is unique for the Oregon coast. While the rest of the country is battling with record drops in temperature, we are finding record highs. On this day the sky was partially cloudy and about 65 degrees. We heard and saw small birds moving from tree to tree, picking small morsels of food from the moss covered branches.
