PLEASE EXPAND ☟ Items you will need for this design: - A base colour I used pink Wet N Wild in the colour Tickled Pink 402 - The colour to use for the feature nail I used white SH Xtreme in White On 21 - A black nail polish for detailing I used Ulta3 in Black Satin - A red nail polish for the bow I used Ulta3 in the colour English Rose - A yellow nail polish for the nose I used Ulta3 Honolulu - A clear coat I used SH Xtreme wear invisible Tools used: - A small brush mine is an old primer brush I gave a haircut. - For my "dotting tool" I used a bobby pin - A toothpick for the bow outline Music: Aural Vampire - Darkwave Surfer Feel free to get creative give it a try for yourself you can do the face on each of the nails. If you're like me with one "good hand" it's easier to use the feature nail option till you get more confident with the design you choose. It really doesn't matter about the colours you use, if you need to substitute a dotting tool for a bobby pin or toothpick as long as you have fun. I didn't want to use the standard pink and fluffy theme.. and then I couldn't decide what colour to have... So I chose neon rainbow!! This is my first time painting Hello Kitty - she's quite a simple shape to draw... you just have to be careful when placing the eyes and the nose! If you place them wonky she'll look more like "Mental Patient Kitty" - hey maybe I'll try painting some mental creatures that are insane in the membrane. That would be fun I reckon... This is a short video on how to do Konading. The technique pretty simple, but it takes a lot of practice to get it right. Once you get used to it, Konading will take less than 10 minutes to be done (granted you're using fast drying base color ^_^). So yeah, if you interested to try Konad, but unsure if you can do it, I say just get the small promo kit and practice until you're are confident. I'm addicted to this that I changed my nail polish and the konad almost everyday. It's really fun. For those in Malaysia, rejoice as I had found a great dupe for Konad Top Coat and Special Nail Polish in Black. It's Elianto Nail Color in Transparent #01 and Twilight #40. here is a nail art tutorial for Hello Kitty hope you will like it i think if easy to do but it takes alot of time to do so be patient here are some tips that may help. I try not to use alot of product on the brush this way you have more control of where you are applying the paint/nail polish and I try to work with the tip of the brush. you can always fix mistakes when the nail polish/paint will be dry.
