Completed in spring of 2004 using Windows Movie Maker (Ack!) Crazy Talk (ACK ACK!!) and MS Paint (say no more!!!) This is my first major stop-motion work and still my favorite.

Electric Dirt (Dirt Farmer Music/Vanguard Records) is the second album in the last two years from American musical treasure Levon Helm. Its predecessor, Dirt Farmer, his first solo LP in a quarter century, followed Levons near-miraculous recovery from throat cancer, and as such represented a new lease on life for the legendary artist, who rose to prominence as the drummer and vocalist for Levon and the Hawks, which later became The Band. The accolades poured in after Dirt Farmers release in the fall of 2007. This album is nothing less than a return to form by one of the most soulful vocalists in rock history, raved the San Francisco Chronicle, reflecting the universal sentiment. Levon was named Artist of the Year by the Americana Music Association, and the album was awarded the 2008 Grammy for Best Traditional Folk Recording. Meanwhile, Rolling Stone hailed Helms Midnight Ramble, which takes place monthly at Levon Helm Studios—aka The Barn—in his longtime home of Woodstock, NY, as 2008s Best Jam Session.

Left 4 Dead: The Battle for Helms Deep (New Custom Map)
In this video my friends and I play on a very cool custom survival map that mimics the battle of Helms Deep from Lord of the Rings. This map was extremely well done with almost every detail perfect from the wall that blows up around 4:00 into the timer to the keep and tower which can summon the horde with the horns. One of our favorite features of this map was that you could hold out in many different spots, and once that spot was overtaken you could retreat further up the keep until you got to the top of the tower. We had many epic moments where we were running further up the keep with the hordes close behind us. We even created our own game on this map where one of the survivors would type "spectate" in console and turn "sv_cheats 1" on. With 4 or 5 trusted friends the spectating survivor became the Director of the game. This person would bind their keys to things such as "bind v "z_spawn smoker"" or summon hordes with "bind c "z_spawn common; z_spawn common;z_spawn common;z_spawn common; z_spawn common;z_spawn common;z_spawn common;"" this allowed you to spawn entire hordes at once and plan where your attacks come from. As long as the director plays fair and doesnt spawn more than one tank or spawns infected behind the survivors this made for a very exciting new game mode where everyone had fun. You guys should try it too and post your own examples :D Once again we found this map a lot of fun both in its looks and also in its gameplay. Anyone that loves a good survival <b>...</b>

The Silencers (1966) is a quintessential 1960's spy spoof, directed by Phil Karlson. It is the first (and best) of four colourful Matt Helm features, with debonair 'Rat Pack' member Dean Martin cleverly cast as author Donald Hamilton's womanising smoothie, the Man from ICE (Intelligence Counter Espioage). The attitudes may have dated — this is very much of its time — but the women continue to delight, especially Stella Stevens (Gail) as a divine klutz. Also making an impact are former Miss Israel Daliah Lavi (Tina aka 'Cowboy') and one-time MGM siren Cyd Charisse, whose title song is a highlight. Helm is coaxed out of semi-retirement by an attractive ex-partner. It seems that the evil Big 'O' organization has a nefarious plan called "Operation: Fallout." If this plan comes to fruition, Big 'O' will explode an atomic bomb over Alamagordo, NM, and start WWIII. Only Matt Helm can stop them. Trivia The name "Tung-Tze" means "to rule" in Chinese. Although one of the greatest female dancers in the history of the movie musical, Cyd Charisse singing in films was almost always dubbed. A young Vikki Carr performed her singing in The Silencers (1966).

L4D - Helms Deep
A survival map which recreates the Battle of Helms Deep from Lord of the Rings, with music straight from the Peter Jackson movies. It's a very large map with some very nice set pieces. The big downer is that it's perhaps a little too big for L4D to work well on, and by that I mean, if you fall back into the castle most of the common infected get lost or disappear, so you end up fighting nothing but special infected. Due to this, with the abundant amount of health packs, ammo and explosives, the map is pretty easy. In fact after falling back to the throne room it was pretty much impossible to lose, so once we got bored we decided to let the enemy kill us. Can you beat our time?
