CHR WIHB-FM B92 flips to 92.5 the Box as Apex's next strike against Citadel Broadcasting and 95sx and Z93 Jamz. They'll still be an affiliated station. Kidd Kraddick was affiliated with B92 while they were a CHR. They'll now be Charleston's home for the Rickey Smiley Morning Show. Kraddick and Smiley's shows are both based out of Dallas. Kraddick on KHKS 106.1 Kiss FM, Smiley on 97.9 The Beat. Citadel wasted no time responding and rebranded 95sx as "Hit Music Now" and even gave it a new logo. It's very similar to 98.7 Amp Radio's logo in Detroit. The move is mainly to protect Star 99.7's ratings. They're Apex big money-makin' Urban Adult Contemporary and affiliate of Steve Harvey's morning show.
