Many people have been asking me what I have been eating, and how much I have been eating. I decided to share my secret recipe for a weight gainer shake that is MUCH healthier than any gainer shake and Cheaper too! Might not be as tasty as BSNs True Mass or Optimum Nutritons Serious Mass, but does not have the UNHEALTHY Maltodextrin. Slow carbs are the way to go. It was hard for me to get into any form of calorie surplus, so I decided to make a Post Workout Shake that would give me many healthy slow digesting complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and fast digesting proteins. These are the Macros of this shake (In the video I was describing macros for 2 cups of Oatmeal, but I actually used 3 cups) Calories: 1746 Carbohydrates: 165g Soluable Fiber: 12g Insoluable Fiber: 12g Sugar: 2g Fats and Oils: Saturated: 22grams Trans: 0grams Polyunsaturated: 12.5g Monounsaturated: 36.5g Protein: 78g I have been including this shake with my regular meals: Black beans over brown rice Eggs in the morning with Oatmeal Salmon or any fish I can find for cheap over brown rice Pasta with red sauce Peanut butter or Almond butter sandwitches for lunch. I have gained 3 lbs in the past 3 weeks, and have improvements in strenght. I will be making another video soon with my 1 month accomplishments!
