I can probably say that 99% of the population would kill for some lean, toned abs. For me i've always had a small waist and i give all the credit to gymnastics, cheer, and volleyball. So this is my usual routine at night, try it out for a minimum of 4 weeks to see results. Giving up won't get you anywhere. But, before starting a harsh regimen or any kind of major diet please talk to a professional. I'm not one. Mediterranean Turkey Burgers Ingredients: 1/2 pound 98% fat free organic ground turkey 1/2 cup egg whites 3 tbs olive oil 3 tbs fat free feta cheese Dried organic cranberries Fresh crushed garlic 1/4 cup spinach Salt & Pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl 2. Throw on the grill on medium for 8 minutes on each side or until cooked. 3. Lay on a bed of lettuce or serve with a whole wheat bun. Garbanzo Protein Patties Ingredients: 2 cups Garbanzo Beans, mashed 1/4 cup Carrot, grated 1/2 Onion, minced 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed or Packet of Perfect Fit Brown Rice Protein 1 tsp. Paprika 1 tsp. In this episode I demonstrate how to do a quick and easy skin tone correction using a curves adjustment layer. Often times we run into pesky situations where we have to retouch things like visible tan lines or other skin discoloration issues. Sometimes no matter how much prep work we do in the capture stage, we always have to do a final tweak in post. Well here's a perfectly simple little operation that will work for those instances. okay guys here is the procedure for the CS3 people. 1. quit photoshop CS3. 2. purchase and install photoshop CS5 3. follow along with the above tutorial. LOL just kidding. 1. add curves adjustment layer. curves dialog will pop up. 2. double click the highlight eyedropper and the color selector will pop up. 3. click on the target color. click okay on color window. click okay to set as new defaults. 4. click on the area of the image you want to CHANGE the color. the entire image should change to that color. 5. invert the mask by hitting CTRL or CMD "I". 6. paint with a white brush. 7. let me know if that works.

An Inspiration to create this makeup was a doll itself, that some nice people at Hyper Japan gave me to pose for a photo. Tadaaaaa! Now, Let's Start! Use moisturiser to create a base that makes your skin look smooth like porcelain. Press the moisturiser with lifting strokes into your skin. Be gentle with your skin, the facial skin is the most sensitive, so make sure your hands and face are clean so you don't transfer bacteria into your pores and avoid breakouts. When the cream is absorbed, apply a second layer. Wait until the second one is absorbed by your skin too, and apply the third and last layer. Applying more than one layer of moisturiser is more effective. This part is optional, but listen: Before we start applying any makeup, insert circle lenses. It's wrong inserting them after the makeup is done, as you risk that powder could come in touch with your lens, and you'd end up with a bad eye infection. Or, of course, your eye makeup and mascara would risk getting messed up. Use a pink or peach toned concealer, 1 shade lighter than your natural skin tone to create an even, and flawless base shade. Before you start laying out cash for pedals and pricey amps, be sure you know all the tonal variations available using just your hands and your guitar's onboard electronics. In this video tutorial, I'll show you how you can start to get an idea of how broadly you can vary your sound depending on how you set your pickups, tone pots, and volume. For example, you can change between a gainy sound a clean sound just by using your volume knob. You may also notice that the volume on 10 is a lot brighter than the volume on 6 -- so, in the volume pot alone you've got the potential for some significant treble/bass variation. For me, the volume knob is a lot more usable and flexible than dealing with master/gain controls or dual-channel amps. Watch the video below to learn how pickup selectors, volume, tone and picking technique can open up the tonal possibilities on your guitar. Just these few controls give way to so many tonal variations. These ideas are demoed here using my Strat, but the same approaches can be used to similar effect on any electric guitar. You'll be able to start doing the workouts right away with no equipment -- and they're a great way to burn fat and tone up in just a few minutes a day. And to kick it off, here's a simple yet challenging bodyweight workout you can start off with... Here's how to do the exercises: LEG RAISE PUSHUPS -- Raise one leg in the air and do a pushup as normal. This makes it a lot more challenging, and works more muscle groups than the standard pushup. AIR JACKS -- Just like a jumping jack, except your feet don't touch the ground on the outside. Flare your arms and legs outwards just like a jumping jack, and bring them back together before you touch the ground. BODYWEIGHT SQUATS: Put your weight on your heels, and bend at your knees keeping your back straight and sticking your butt outwards. Bend to 90 degrees and come back up if you're a beginner -- if you're advanced you can challenge yourself by going a little deeper (but make sure to stay safe!) JUMPING KNEE TUCKS: Jump in the air as high as you can, and tuck your knees into your chest. Simple, yet brutal ;) HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER: Do each exercise for 30 seconds and take 15 seconds rest, then do it again. I use a Gymboss timer to time my sets, use this or something similar to ensure you aren't tempted to take extra rest time <b>...</b>

anti-skating, whats it for?, how it works and how to adjust it properly


This is a video showing you what the anti-skate does, how it works and how to set it correctly on a turntable. Having your anti-skating set up correctly will minimize jumping and increase sound quality. Please note that different turntables will be slightly different in the placing and the units of measurement on the anti-skating but essentially there all the same thing. please note also that turntables with a straight tone arm as apposed to as shaped tone arm my not have an anti-skate dial if it doesnt it because it doesnt require anti-skating as most straight tone arms dont. Different types of stylus will need different amount of anti-skating, for example elliptical needles will require less anti-skating because they are sharper (but will ware your records out quicker) Spherical needles will require slightly more anti-skate because they are more rounded (but will make your records last longer) Also needles with different weight rating will require different amounts of anti-skating heaver needles will need less anti-skating because there is more weight holding it into the groove and the opposite applies for lighter needles.
