Due to the adverse conditions the game was played in and the game's climactic finish, it has been immortalized as the Ice Bowl and is considered one of the greatest games in NFL history.

Muffins: 2 cups shredded carrots 3 eggs 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup rolled oats 3 cups whole wheat flour Frosting: 8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened Instructions: Muffins: Preheat oven to 350° F Lightly spray cups of muffin tin. In a large bowl stir together the carrots, eggs and applesauce. Set aside. In another medium bowl whisk together the cinnamon, oats and flour. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into muffin tin. The dough will be thick, so you may wet your fingers to press the dough into place. The dog cupcake will not rise very much, so do not worry about over filling the muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting or serving. Frosting: Blend both ingredients with a hand mixer until well blended. Spoon into a pastry bag for easy decorating. Carob Chip Ice Cream Ingredients: 2 6oz containers of plain yogurt (low or non fat) 1 Tbsp. Honey 1/3 cup of carob chips Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. Spoon into an ice cube tray or cupcake liners. Let's go and see how! We'll need: • ½ cup (50 g) of unsweetened cocoa powder • 2/3 cup (150 ml) of heavy cream • 2 tsp (15 g) of glucose syrup • less than 1 cup (160 g) of white sugar • 2 cups (500 ml) of fresh whole milk • ½ cup (120 g) of egg yolks • less than1 tbsp (5 g) of carob powder Let's prepare together the chocolate ice cream: In a saucepan, pour the milk... the heavy cream... the glucose syrup... and let it melt, without bringing to a boil. Now we'll use the carob powder, that is a thickener which can be bought at health food stores or pharmacy; anyway, if you can't find it, you can omit this ingredient, so sift it... over a bowl... add the sugar... the egg yolks... and now beat to blend the ingredients. This is a "hidden" mission that is accessible from either the "Passing the Swim Test" or "The Secret Undersea Cavern" missions. It doesn't matter which one you go to, because you can reach the intended mission in either one. There's a treasure chest that you can open with a Koopa shell on the main planet. Inside is a Launch Star, which will take Mario to a distant planet with lots of waterfalls. Also, Cataquacks are running around here as well. Mario actually needs one to follow him to a ? Coin, and upon grabbing it, the Ice Flower appears! When Mario grabs the Ice Flower, he obviously changes into Ice Mario. He can throw ice balls that can freeze enemies, and he can also walk on water because ice platforms form under him. What you need Mario to do is quickly go over to the waterfalls, and use wall jumps to go up to the higher platforms. Once Mario gets to the highest point, there's an icy area surrounding a lake. Again, what Mario needs to do is lead a Cataquack to the star. To do this, grab the Ice Flower, then walk across the lake, leading the Cataquack to the tiny platform with the Power Star. Have it throw Mario upward to grab it. Next up is Ghostly Galaxy!

Just a lil project I did today and thought I'd share. I'm really loving how these floral ice cubes came out and can't wait to them with other colorful flowers. I will definitely be using these to add a lil charm to my upcoming tea party. Be sure to use distilled water if you want super clear ice.
