IIDX 7th Style Test
This is a video of me testing my long disused copy of IIDX 7th Style! Thank goodness it still works! This version is one of my all time favorites because it was the first arcade version I saw/played. The wiring inside of beatmania is complicated, like trigonometry. But after four tries (mistakes shown) I eventually got power, video, input, and lights working. The only problem remaining is choppy sound. Although I chose to use the new amp instead of the original Twinkle one, I don't think that's the problem.. (The power line for the amp has been permanently changed since the machine was upgraded to Sirius.) Even when I don't use an amp, I hear the same choppy sound, just more quietly. I have a few guesses, but I'm open to suggestions as to what it could be.

Beatmania IIDX Gold - Innocent Walls [a] and [h] at the same time
IIDX Gold is the first version of IIDX where you can pick different difficulties for Player 1 and Player 2 as long as the song is the same for both difficulties. However, there were a few songs where you could change difficulties where you shouldn't have been able to.
