Congrats to Praiise mE for beating me by less than 1000 ;) Just recently, I got a copy of Final Cut Express (for my MacBook) from one of my instructors at school. He uses Final Cut Studio, which is a bundle of different types of editing programs that work together (it's badass), so he gave me this since he never uses it anymore (he's badass). Compared to the last program I've been using, Pinnacle Studio, Final Cut kicks its ass ten times over. I will get the Studio bundle some time in the future, but for now, I'm more than happy with this beautiful piece of software. No, I'm not a Mac freak. I think both PC's and Mac's have their own ups and downs. The only reason why I used a Mac in this video is because Final Cut is my favorite editing program out of all of the ones I've used. Now that I'm using Final Cut, I've decided to try making Guitar Hero videos a little differently than before, so I grabbed one of my favorite DLC's (Downloadable Content for those of you who don't know the lingo), FC it (Full Combo for those same guys), and edit it with the new program. I'll attempt to show you the most effective ways to clear maps, and gain the most experience and mana. I'll definitely mess up plenty of times throughout these but I'll include the errors and comment on them so that you wont make them on your playthrough! Hall of Court (HoC) is going to be your new friend! Hard mode is really pretty easy with this setup so as long as you've been adding your stat points like I've suggested this should be no problem for you! I wouldn't suggest Insane mode unless you've managed to get some godly equips that give nice big bonuses. The main thing to remember from this video is that since you'll be getting so much mana from this map, buy the XP bonus from the tavern before running it each time so that you'll level that much faster! Hey there, welcome back! This video is about a cheaper alternative to housing your Pacman frog in a tank. If you can get a tank, but all means...please do! There are some wonderful things you can do with it such as adding real plants (sounds fancy!). The container used to house this Pacman frog is just a simple Tupperware container from target. You can get any kind you like as long as it is big enough. I also suggest that you get a clear or semi-clear one so that your frog can see day light. You will need to drill plenty of holes for your frog to get air, the top will also help trap moisture. A very humid environment is healthy for the frog as it absorbs moisture through its skin. It is also important to put in LOTS of soil. There frogs like to dig and hide in the soil. Maybe you won't see your frog as much but it will be happy when it hides. Using rocks is not a good idea as I would imagine it would be hard to dig in then and when eating the frog may accidentally swallow some rocks. You also need a food bowl, any kind will do as long as your frog can get in and out easily. Make sure that you only put a little bit of water because Pacman frogs cant swim and have been known to drown in their water bowl. :( A place for the frog to hide will also help. Greetings! Today I would like to introduce a series that I have been thinking about for a long time. Preppers Pantry, pantry meals, will help all of us use our food storage to its greatest advantage. To give you some background, for about 2 years I have been putting back a supply of food and other items to be used in the event of an emergency, whether it be personal, natural or economic. With the way the world is today, you just never know what could happen tomorrow. Additionally, it is a good idea for all of us to prepare in some way should an emergency strike. I started small, adding a few extra cans or boxes of shelf stable food to my regular pantry. I always store what my family will eat because if we are thrust into a situation where we have to eat beans and rice and I have never cooked beans and rice, no one is going to be happy. When you are placed in a stressful situation, it is best to have things to eat that are familiar and comforting. My few cans extra every grocery trip turned into my husband and I converting a coat closet into an additional larder and then blossomed into him creating a can rotator cabinet, recently we built a loft system for bucket packed items and are now considering more cabinets in our kitchen to maximize our storage potential. All of these things happened over time and with frugal means of implementation. Dont be overwhelmed and dont be scared. It's amazing how "some people's" only possible explanation for amazing results like these is steroids! Sorry to say, "some people", but its 100% hard work and commitment! THAT'S IT!!! Pullups: Day 1 - (2) Day 90 - (22) Pushups: Day 1 - (21) Day 90 - (62) Body Compostition: Day 1 - 197 pds; 16% BF Day 90 - 196 pds; 8% BF Dumbells: I used the adjustable powerblocks and used as much weight as possible while still doing 8 reps. By the end I was using the max weight (55 pds) and getting 10-12 reps. My Nutrition Plan: First 60 days - (Approx. 4000 calories) I used to do a little bodybuilding 5 years ago in college (not like you can tell from my initial pics.. lol) But, I didn't follow the P90x meal plan.. I used the first 60 days as a bulking phase before I started carb cycling for the final 30 days. I actually am pretty boring with my diet because I eat pretty much the same thing every single day.. lol Pre-Meal 1: I take my BSN Nitrix and sometimes throw in a little cardio. Meal 1: I eat an egg sandwich with 8 egg whites, piece of american cheese and about 3 ounces of sliced turkey breast between two slices of wheat toast.
