In this video I take a look at iMessage and show you the various options and how to send messages. iMessage allows you to send text, picture and video messages between iOS devices such as the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Everything is sent via Wifi or over the cell network if you're using an iPhone and it's all free! It works in much the same way as any other chat or texting app and you can contact people via their email address or by their phone number if you're using an iPhone. Steps : 1.You will need a jailbroken, already-hacktivated iPhone 4/iPhone 3GS, with Cydia up and running. 2.First, launch Cydia, head on to the Manage tab and go to Sources then press edit add the following source. repo.bingner.com 3.Once your new repository is added, search for SAM, or find the package in the repository manually, and install it. 4.With SAM installed, you'll find a SAMPrefs icon on your iPhone's Springboard. Launch SAMPrefs and navigate to Utilities menu. 5.Under Utilities, tap the option that says "Revert Lockdown to Stock". This will deactivate your hacktivation, but don't worry about it; your iPhone will remain functional. 6.A message will pop up claiming that Stockification was a success. Hit OK to dismiss. 7.Next, on the same screen, hit the De-Activate iPhone (clear push) button. Another message will pop up, confirming that the phone has been deactivated. 8.Now, if you had your iPhone already connected to your PC, remove the USB cable and reconnect. Otherwise, just connect it with iTunes and let it activate (one sync is all it takes with SAM package installed). Also, at this point, if iPusher app was already installed on your iPhone, remove it. 9.At this point, the activation is basically complete and you can verify that by navigating to Settings--} SAM--} More Information. If it says Wildcard Activated, you're good to go. 10.Once your iPhone is activated, launch SAMPrefs again, tap Utilities and you'll notice that the menu displayed is different <b>...</b>

This is a video that walks you through the easy process of activating FaceTime and iMessage on T-Mobile and other unofficial carriers I couldn't find online how to do this so I'm posting a video to try to be helpful. All I ask is that you are polite and give the video a thumbs up. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RESTRICTIONS TURNED OFF!!! For iOS 5+ 1. After entering your apple id for both and registering your contact emails... Turn off FaceTime and iMessage in Settings 2. Open up iFile or and other openSSH program to view folders in the iPhone 3. Navigate to /system/Library/Carrier Bundles/iPhone/unknown.bundle 4.Open carrier.plist (text viewer) 5. look for all the lines that say "+447537410207" edit them all to "+011447537410207" then save and done. 6. Exit iFile and go to settings and turn on FaceTime & iMessage 7. Respring and Reboot For iOS 4.0-4.3.5 Follow the same steps above but you will be changing +447786205094 to +011447786205094 International texting HAS TO BE turned on for apple to send out the secret activation code and I would recommend have international texting added to your plan Remember THUMBS UP!!!!

All steps are as follows 1. open CYDIA....MANAGE ......EDIT.... ADD repo.bingner.com 2. install SAM 3.Go to Settings.... General.... About and look for your MODEL number and go to this link to find which CARRIER your phone is locked to www.dhakamobile.com (if link not working then google it) 4. Go to Settings ....SAM.... Utilities and tap on Revert Lockdown to Stock button. You will see Stockification Success message. If you see Stockification Failure message then it means you have not installed correct version of SAM on your iPhone. 5. Now tap on the SAM button on the top-right and then tap on the Method menu. From the list, choose By Bundle Name option. 6.Now again hit the SAM option on the top-right and then tap on the Bundle menu. In this case, i will be choosing ATT-US as my iPhone is locked to AT&T. 7. Similarly navigate to SIM ID menu and choose your SIM ID. If you do not know SIM ID, just choose the first option. Then goto SAM ....UTILITIES.... click on BACKUP ACTIVATION and then click on RESTORE ACTIVATION 8. Once your Method, Bundle and SIM ID has been correctly configured, tap on More Information menu. You will see ActivationState as Unactivated. Connect your iPhone to your PC or Mac via USB cable and start iTunes. 9. Now iTunes will generate legitimate activation packets for your iPhone.
