Youcef is 33 yrs old and is from Rasht, in the Gilan province of Iran. For the past 10 yrs he has been a pastor in a network of house churches. He was previously imprisoned in Dec 2006, the charges being apostasy (leaving Islam for Christianity) and evangelism (spreading the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ), but was released two weeks later. He is married and has two sons, ages 8 and 6. They were attending a local school when the government decided that all children should be taught about Islam, including those from Christian families. Youcef went to the school and protested this based on the Iranian constitution, which allows for freedom to practice religion. As a result, the secret police called him before the political tribunal in Rasht, Iran on October 12, 2009. At that time he was arrested, charged for protesting, and has been in prison in Lakan (which is seven miles south of Rasht) ever since. Later the charges changed to apostasy and evangelism to Muslims. Through this time he has had access to an attorney, and has been allowed visits from his wife, children, and friends. However, for the first month in prison and two weeks before his trial up until now the visits and meetings with his attorney have been limited. This film was created with the intention to debunk many of the major myths surrounding Schapelle Corby and her family. Schapelle was wrongfully imprisoned for a crime she didn't commit. Evidence was destroyed, numerous laws were broken by the very people who have been sworn in to uphold them, and countless lies destroyed nearly every opportunity Schapelle had at securing a release. Unfortunately, Schapelle received an unfair trial by the Indonesian legal system, the Australian Government, and the media. The media released hearsay with no corroboration and didn't care that she and her family would bare the brunt of these myths. Dominic McGlinchey (1954 10 February 1994) from Bellaghy, County derry was an INLA member. McGlinchey was born in a large Bellaghy family with a strong Irish Republican background. He was dubbed "Mad Dog" by the press, but he disliked the name. n August 1971, at the age of 17, he was interned without charge for ten months in the prison camps of Ballykelly and Long Kesh. After his release, he was imprisoned again in 1973 on arms charges. After his next release, he joined a South Derry Independent Republican Unit along with Ian Milne and future Provisional IRA hunger strikers Francis Hughes and Thomas McElwee (some members of the independent unit would later join the IRA).
