Here's some more IACWD! I've gotten a lot of requests for Lasanga so I thought I'd show you how to make a really unhealthy (but delicious!) one. This time around I decided to skip the chopping since the video was already getting long, I'm also not really measuring anything, read below for rough measurements. Feel free to tell me what you think about it, I'm still experimenting with the formula for these videos, I combined a bit of recorder voice over with real-time voice over, let me know what you think! Oh, and I reject the spelling "lasagna". ---- Ingredients: For the meat sauce: ½ kg ground meat (50/50) 2-3 chopped onions 2-4 finely chopped cloves of garlic 1 medium heat chili pepper 1 package of bacon (~150g) 1 Chorizo sausage or other spicy sausage (~3-400g) 1 package crushed tomatoes Some tomato purée Herbs and spices.
