The neighborhood has large numbers of African and Arab residents. - Sami Naceri = French actor known for his work in the four "Taxi" movies. He shared the award for Best Actor for his role in the film Days of Glory at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival. But he is famous too for being convcted several times. - Diktat = will dictatated by a foreign or a foreign power, like imposing his values. This expression make reference to Treaty of Versailles, imposed to the Germany after the World War I. - Les Invalides ("The Invalids") = complex of buildings in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France, containing museums and monuments, all relating to the military history of France, as well as a hospital and a retirement home for war veterans, and the burial site for some of France's war heroes, notably Napoleon. - Madinina = indigenous Name of Martinique, island in the eastern Caribbean Sea and overseas region of France, like Guadeloupe and was affected by the 2009 French Caribbean general strikes too.
