Oh god,what have I done?! Well to whoever is still on the lookoot,no you're not dreaming,I've just released my first AMV in over a year. That's how much I've been liking Madoka,it's got me making AMVs again! It all started when animesuki user "Demon Eyes" came out with a vid using this idea,but at the time there was only 3 episodes out.I loved the idea and thought that I'd wait a little for more episodes to come out before releasing my take on it,after 8 episodes,I figured I had enough footage to work with. Using a trailer instead of music is a first for me,never tried so much lipsyncing before,hopefully it came out all right. I tried sticking to one voice per character as much as possible,there's just a couple exceptions because I thought thodse scenes were really too good to pass on just because I'd break the "1 voice=1 character" rule. That's pretty much it,enjoy!

BOND'S INCEPTION - Casino Royale/Inception Mashup [HD] Another Inception Mashup! This is my first Mashup. After watching all the other Inception Mashups out there I was surprised to find no one had mashed together any Bond flick with Inception so I thought I should give it a shot! My goal was to find and recreate every cut in the original Trailer 3a which I think I did successfully. This was real fun to put together and I'm very happy with the final outcome. A tribute video worthy of the scandal it mocks. This is my mashup of all things "Ohio State Scandal" related mixed and mashed-up with the "Inception" movie trailer and smatterings of clips from a good college-scandal stand-by movie - "Blue Chips". This tracks Tressel from his Youngstown State days, through Pryror's recruiting, and eventually, through his epic downfall. As a Michigan fan, neither will be missed, and joy in their tragedy only goes so far, but until another victory over "that state down south" is secured, this video will have to suffice. "The Social Inception" is my small tribute to what have been, in my opinion, the two best films of the year (by far) and two instant classics: Inception and The Social Network. I was inspired to create this mash-up after seeing the latter on opening weekend and drawing some loose parallels between Dom Cobb and Mark Zuckerberg. Please forgive the few clips where the frames get a bit blurry, I'm currently mixing these with a less-than-ideal hardware setup and am still learning the ins and outs of Premiere Pro.

I wanted to do this for a while and the untimely death of genius director Satoshi Kon spurred me on to get off my butt and do it. I had intended Paprika at one point but it's too commonly done and plus I felt thematically Paranoia Agent has more in common with Inception than Paprika. I tried to match it nearly shot for shot as much as I could with the exception of the action scenes and some of the dream scenes. I used the OP for the intertitle bits in the original trailer.
