The memory used in this video is a pair of 4GB DIMMS (totaling 8GB) of Corsair Vengeance DDR3 memory clocked at 1600MHz and the motherboard is the ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Performance motherboard. Steps: 1. Unlock the DIMM slots by pressing the retaining clips outward. 2. Line up the notch on the DIMMs with the breaks on the slots and push them in. 2a. If the retaining clips don't automatically close, close them yourself. Remember to make sure that when installing your RAM you only install it into slots of the same color so that the motherboard can activate the multi-channel memory technology. All you have to do beforehand is make sure your motherboard is compatible with your RAM. This means if your RAM is DDR, DDR2, or DDR3, your board must be compatible with that type.
