ONR SD40-2 1737 on the head of a work extra. We caught this train in Monteith Ontario doing some ballast work and decided to beat it to Porquis Junction. It had been told to clear the main for the southbound Northlander. They just got the train stopped and the Northlander was rounding the corner into Porquis JCT. Talk about a close call!
