first time I experienced that God "turned silent" on me I thought I should go crazy... as it went on for days, weeks and months I became more and more broken down, felt more and more frustrated, left alone and had an emptiness inside that can't even be described- it was terrible... A dear sister I know of, was taken through a month like this a year ago, she described it as "the dark hour of the soul". We do experience it different, but I think we all find us self to be lost without God... WHY do God turn silent on us some times? I don't have a good answer on that, because I've never heard any talk about it. But what God showed me after first time was that He was testing me, He wanted to see what was in my heart, and for me to see what was in my heart.
