Clocks / Chicago (Coldplay / Sufjan Stevens) - Multi-Track Violin Mash-up

Clocks, by Coldplay, combined with Chicago, by Sufjan Stevens. Conceived and performed by Joe Edmonds. Free MP3 download available at: www.mediafire.com I made this video a little differently than the others. Rather than arranging a number of full-length parts, I just laid out a roadmap before repeatedly listening to each song and adding what I heard in small chunks. Many of these clips are looped, so you may see something more than once or hear something you're not seeing. Everything you hear, though, does come from my violin, with the help of GarageBand - no viola, cello, or bass involved. A final word - although I do it here, I would not recommend using the back of your violin as a makeshift drum.

Bohemian Rhapsody, for Four Violins

Bohemian Rhapsody, by Queen. Arranged for four violins and performed by Joe Edmonds. Free download available at: www.mediafire.com (as either MP3, OGG, or a large AIFF) Used GarageBand after recording to tinker with volume, add some pizzicato, and double the bottom part in a lower octave. Sorry, no sheet music available - wrote it out by hand. Can put something together in Finale if there's enough demand.

This was previously taken down due to copyright claims by CNN. However, this is a "fair use" of their footage to critique their biased "reporting". Get it while you can as YouTube will probably bend over and take it (down again).
