Marilyn Kallet is an English professor with a passion for writing, teaching, and performing. She is the author of fourteen books, including the recently published Packing Light: New and Selected Poems. In this video, Marilyn performs five poems ("Packing Light," "Fig Bread," "Aimable," "Jonah on Oprah," and "Saying Goodbye') and talks about her inspirations.
