0605 KRISHNA STORY -- MAHABHARAT -- KUNTI LEAVES THE PALACE
Pandavs are sent to exile for twelve years and the thirteenth year they have to remain in disguise. If caught, the years of disguise have to be repeated. After the departure of Pandavs, their mother Kunti decides to leave the palace and stay with the truth spoken ethical vazir Vidurji. A nice argument and discussion takes place between Kunti, Gandhari (wife of Dhrusthara) and Dhrusthara. See it superbly presented in Krishna serial by Ramanand Sagar.

Karna now knows that his mother is Maharani Kunti, but refuses to believe and there are lot many questions he put forwards to Krishna who discloses the truth. Krishna only says that the facts can only be known by meeting Kunti; and he will not be able to tell the answers to his most questions. In the early morning where Karna is performing his rituals, Kunti meets him. A lot of discussion and justification goes on. In the end, Karna promises to leave all the other Pandavs except Arjun; and logically explains and promises Kunti that she will have her five sons alive; but either he or Arjun will be the fifth son with the four other Pandavs. See it magnificently presented in Krishna serial by Ramanand Sagar.
