Another song I came across from Kyle's site, although I first heard it from an old BoA CD I had ages ago. As with "Beauty and the Beast", when I first heard/saw Kyle play this on youtube, I was blown away and figured it'd take me a couple of months to learn this song (clearly I'm not a genius at the piano =P). However, with some practice each day, I was able to (imperfectly) learn the song by heart quicker than anticipated. So for those of you who want to learn it (or learn anything really) but are afraid of failing in the process, just put in the time, and if you're dedicated, you'll learn much faster than you thought possible =) And yes, I abridged the song at the end - in my opinion, I think an ending that leans towards the forte range and is more robust fits this piece better than a softer one an octave up. However, that's really just my take and given the plethora of hits for Kyle's version, I'm sure I'm in the minority here =PA big thanks to Kyle for coming up with this arrangement and to Robert Jenquin for transcribing it. I started it out of no where after getting back to school.... I didn't get enough composing done over break so I guess it all came out since I got here! The piece should be played at about 100 in 4/4, quarter note gets the beat. The key is "Db major", but I stray pretty distant from it at times. So most of the piano part creates harmony through these 14-note tuplet mini-arpeggios, using both hands. Finally after it builds up, you will make it to a giant arpeggio on the left hand on the piano played using both hands, while the right still pounds out chords. it will eventually morph into this evil yet playful sounding melody. Anyway, I entitled the tempo speed as "Delicately Dreamy" if that means anything. I hope you like the sheet reading thing I made to it :P. It's impossible to make out though. Too bad it turned out TINY. Kyle ps. Me and Michelle will probably record it eventually ^.^ also, I've made some major updates on the first half. It sounds much more convincing hehe.

Hahahaha, I've always been so fond of this particular composition from Kyle, although I have many favorites as I'm sure many of you do as well. I'm not sure why I like this particular one over all the other ones though. Maybe it's the fact that it's in my favorite key signature (B major), or the fact that at how breathtaking this piece really is. I placed the fade out in a different place from what Kyle does in his original soundtrack. I put it there to indicate that the music goes on, and it never stops. Cheerfulness, or happiness, should never stop. That's the message I got out from his composition. :) If you would like the sheet music, you can buy them on Kyle Landry's website, www.kylelandry.com. Can you believe this is my first Kingdom Hearts song on Youtube?! I've received many requests to play a song from KH, and finally I've taken the initiative to do so. A particular YouTuber wanted me to play this specific song from KH, and fortunately, as I was searching for the sheet music, I stumbled across Kyle's version. :D Kyle, you are amazing. As I played your arrangement, I can't help but wonder how in the heck did you come up with this from the top of your head? :D I'm sorry if I screwed up the tempo... again.
