I have filmed the magnificent 2010 Lancia Stratos, a one-off supercar made to celebrate the old glorious Lancia Stratos. The car has been commissioned by Michael Stoschek and developed by Pininfarina. The base used to build the car was the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, including many mechanical components such as the chassis, gearbox and the 4.3L V8 engine tuned up to 532bhp. The New Stratos weighs 1247 kg (2749 lb) and is claimed to accelerate to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds and on to a top speed close to 200 mph (320 km/h). While shorter than its donor car, the New Stratos is a little larger than the original Stratos, with a length of 4181 mm (164.61 in), 1971 mm (77.60 in) wide and 1240 mm (48.82 in) tall. I have filmed 14 different Lancia Stratos HF in action during the 2011 Rally Legend Event in San Marino. Video shows them all doing loud accelerations and powersliding. The Stratos is powered by a 2.4L Ferrari V6 engine; for racing the engine was tuned up to 280hp and even to 560hp with a single KKK turbocharger, with a curb weight of just 980kg the final result is incredible, indeed this car won the 1974, 1975 and 1976 World Rally Championships. This video is about one of the Group B rally monster: the Lancia Delta S4. This car has a 4 cylinder twin turbo engine that can reach a power of 500+ hp and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0-60mph) in just 2.7 seconds on gravel and they can reach the limited top speed, 190 km/h (118 mph), in only 8 seconds. Lancia built 200 road-going S4s, called Delta S4 Stradale, but with less power (250 hp). In this video you can see three of them during a little race event at Monza Circuit. This is a King of the Mountain challenge from World Tour. Basically its a chase and win against the Nissan Silvia S15 Spec-R with traffic on the road. These can be extremely difficult because of the traffic AI. They turn into you when you try to pass, speed up when you speed up, and slow down when you slow down. Based on Lancia Stratos, a brand new car - Ferrari F430 Scuderia has been revealed and has made its presence known on the exotic sports car scene; receiving the same affection and respect the original Lancia Stratos enjoyed in 1971. A true legend from the motorsports world, this newly reborn car was specially made by the German businessman named Michael Stoschek. The most fascinating part is its design is made by Pininfarina. This car took rebirth to honor the legendary 1970s rally car. This new incarnation stands on F430 Scuderia chassis. The New Stratos possess 4.3 liter v8 engine that delivers 540 horsepower and more than 500Nm of torque. Due to its amazing power, the New Stratos can easily make 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.3 seconds. Besides, it hits 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9.7 seconds.

The new Lancia Ypsilon, proposed in a 5-door version for the first time, was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show this year. Best of group B. FIA (International Automobile Federation) introduced Group B in 1982 as the most exotic category in motor rallying. The regulations for Group B required the manfacturers to build only 200 road cars, very much lower than Group A's 5000 cars. Besides, more modifications were allowed for the race version. Therefore car makers could put as much state-of-the-art technology as possible into their racing cars. Recalling that period, motor rally enthusiasts always regard that as the best moment of their life. WRC had never been as exciting as that period. What a pity the Group B ended in misery. In 1986 season, series of accidents involving spectators as well as led to the death of Lancia's top driver Henri Toivonen and navigator Sergio Cresto happened. Group B was accused of being too powerful and too light to be controllable. As a result, FIA axed it after that season.
