Mr. Prime Minister, Although we are not physically together, thanks to the technical and digital developments in Albania, and your vision for a modern Albania, distance is irrelevant now; geography is no longer a factor of separation for people and places and tele-presence in Albania is possible from any place in the world. The organisation of this congress in Albania is an important step in many aspects, and marks the achievements that Albania is celebrating. In a way, this Congress has initiated the promoting of the work we have done together in the development of the telemedicine network in Albania that has now entered its practical stages at the National Hospital Mother Teresa and 13 regional centres across Albania.
