EXTRA NOTE: One thing I wasn't sure if I should mention in the review was the way the game "endings" happen - if you don't want spoilers, don't read this. After your kingdom ambition is completed and your kingdom is practically fully-upgraded with lots of high-level heroes, you are forced to start over with a new kingdom to continue playing. While you can choose one of your successful heroes to take over as the new monarch in an extra (and optional) quest, I really wish you could have continued with your original kingdom. You can either play the old one in "free mode" or you must make a new one and possibly do many of the same quests over again, re-building and re-creating everything again with every new kingdom ambition. Not exactly a "flaw", but while I think I understand why they did this, it's a questionable design decision and not exactly ideal to me. EXTRA EXTRA NOTE: Many of the complaints I had about the game have been fixed as of patch 1.3 on April 30th. Be sure to post your food pictures at facebook.com Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 5 cups of berries 1 lemon, using half of the juice ½ cup of granulated sugar Recipe: 1. Combine the berries, lemon juice and sugar in a sauce pan. Mix with a wooden spoon to release the juice from the berries. 2. Turn the burner to a medium-high heat. Let cook 18 minutes, or until thick, stirring occasionally to prevent the jam from burning or sticking. 3. Once thickened, remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes. 4. After the jam has cooled a bit, transfer into mason jars or screw-top plastic ware.

Lazy Man's Chicken Crumble
This has got to be one of the simplest recipes Jack has shown on the lazy man's series. Here is the recipe: **Preheat oven to 400F** YOU WILL NEED: * 4 frozen boneless and skinless chicken breasts (If your chicken is thawed, cooking time and temperature will be different. See below * 1 box/bag of seasoned croutons (choose a flavor! Garlic, ranch, italian... find these in the condiment aisle) * 1.5 cups of mayonnaise * salt-free seasoning blend. (I use "Mrs. Dash Table Blend". It's awesome.) * shaker of thyme (plus a fresh thyme sprig if you'd like a pretty garnish) * butter OR olive oil OR other cooking oil (I use olive oil) * Aluminum foil, oven-safe skillet, or square glass baking dish First, toss about 3 cups of croutons into a zip-loc baggy. Squeeze out the excess air and zip up the bag. Using a rolling pin, food can, or drinking glass, crush the croutons inside the bag until they become fine crumbs. If you feel like it won't be enough to cover the tops of your 4 chicken breasts, just toss some more croutons in the bag and do it again until you have plenty. Next, put your mayonnaise into a small bowl and season it generously with the Mrs. Dash Table Blend or some other salt-free seasoning blend. Adding the thyme is optional, but I highly recommend it. DO NOT ADD SALT. The croutons add plenty of salt by themselves. Stir it up and presto... now you have gourmet, seasoned mayonnaise. Now you need to grease the bottom of your baking dish (or makeshift foil dish) so the <b>...</b>

Lazy Man's Strawberry Cream Cake
Jack Scalfani shows of his lazy skills again in the easy dessert recipe. Here is the recipe: Ingredients 1 pre-made pound cake (16 oz size) 8 tbsp strawberry jam, divided 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream, divided 2 packages fresh raspberries, divided 1 1/3 cups heavy cream 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or a 16 oz package) Directions 1Slice pound cake horizontally in three thin layers. 2Spread the bottom layer with strawberry jam. 3Take one package of strawberries, and slice the berries in half. Sprinkle half of the berries on top of the jam. 4In a small bowl, mix the whipped topping iwth 4 tbsp of the jam. Dot half of the cream over the jam and berries and gently spread until uniform. 5Place the second layer on top. Spread with the remaining 2 tbsp jam, sprinkle with berries, and dot and spread the remaining whipped topping mixture. Place the last cake layer on top. 6Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour or so (overnight is fine as well). 7In the top of a double boiler, heat the heavy cream and chocolate chips, stirring constantly until combined. The mixture will be smooth and shiny when its ready. 8Remove from heat and allow ganache to cool on countertop for 15-20 minutes. Consistency should be pourable, but not runny. 9Pour over chilled cake. Garnish cake with fresh raspberries, if desired. 10To serve, slice and plate (with fresh raspberries and extra ganache) if desired.
