**PLEASE READ** If you are not going to watch the video all the way through, please read this.... the condition of the extensions was not great when I first opened them out of the package. Regardless of the heat products or hair color I've used, the condition of the extensions has not changed. I do not think that these are necessarily BAD extensions.. however, with all the raves and positive responses I'd seen, I was definitely disappointed in what I received. I think Mimi and Leyla are super talented. If you watch the video link I will post below, Nicole explains that she had the same problem with her first pair, but after receiving a second pair from Mimi and Leyla, she believes that they've revamped their design. Stop lecturing me and blaming me for the quality of my extensions. When I first received them, they were tangled, rough, frizzy, matted, and had the feeling of a residue on the hair.
