I tested Diablo 3 / Diablo III during the Open Beta on Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.7.3. Unfortunately cause of server downtimes I couldn't capture the Windows 7 gameplay. So a little faith and patience till 15th may, since I'm planning to make another Diablo 3 video after the release. The difference between both platforms are remarkable. My Mac Pro 2.8 Xeon Quad, 12GB Ram and AMD 5870, settings on High, no vsync, 1920x1200 resolution gave me some surprising scores: Mac OS X 10.7.3: Gives me 40-50 FPS, I use mumble to show FPS and somehow it sometimes messes up my FPS.. But without it, it never lags. Windows 7 64-bit: On the other hand gives me with Fraps on always 100-120 FPS! Another good reason to keep working in Mac OS X and to keep gaming in Windows 7. WOW! THANKS FOR 11000+ VIEWS! I want to thank everyone for all the help I received with my iMac within the last few months. This problem was very difficult to fix. Requirements: -Mac OS X 10.4 PPC Software (torrent download link in video) -A more recent iMac that has the Disk Utility App and can burn DVD's. -1 DVD+R Disc -An iMac G3, G4, or G5 Finally, earlier today, I fixed the iMac. I downloaded a PPC version of Mac OS X 10.4. (this file was a torrent by the way.) I used Transmission to extract it; that took a few hours. After the extraction and Transmission was complete, the file became a DMG file and was titled "Mac OS X Install DVD.toast." I went ahead and changed the file extension from ".toast" to ".iso" Then with the Disk Utility app on my Mac, I took the new "Mac OS X Install DVD.iso" file and dragged and dropped it into the left box of Disk Utility. Then, I clicked that yellow and black button, and burned the .iso file to a blank DVD+R. That was done within 10 minutes. After everything was burned, downloaded, and extracted, it was time to take my new Mac OS X 10.4 PPC Install Disc and put it to the test. I put the disc in the slot load drive on my G3, powered the unit on, and held down the C key at boot. From there, Mac OS X booted properly and I was able to install it and get everything set. Now this took a year-and-a-half. A lot of patience is required with computers! Thanks for watching and thanks for all the support!
