This is a video review of the Apple MacBook Pro laptop computer. This is the 15" version of the late 2011 update. This refresh brought along a high and low end version of both the 13", 15", and 17" Apple MacBook Pros. This computer has a quad core Intel i7 processor running at 2.2GHz with 4GB DDR3 RAM and an AMD Radeon graphics card. This computer has one thunderbolt port, two usb, a firewire 800, an sd card slot, a dvd drive, an ethernet port, and a kensington lock slot. This computer is made from a solid block of anodized aluminum and features a 1440 by 900 resolution screen. There is a beautiful glass trackpad that is also shown in the review. Here is the review for the new refresh of Apple's Macbook Pro. These new Macbooks run on the new Intel Core i7 and i5 Sandy Bridge processors with Intel Integrated Graphics HD. Other new additions include the switch from Nvidia discrete graphics to AMD Radeon graphics. Facetime for the Macbook is also available on the iTunes store for 1 dollar and the laptops now all contain a 720 built in webcam that is optimized for Facetime. Another addition is the new Thunderbolt port which features Intel's new Lightpeak technology. This new port features 10GB dual streaming and is compatible with devices that contain a mini display port. Many new Macbook Pro Core i5s and i7s having been suffering from random system freezes. I have had mine for almost 3 weeks and have had 14 sudden complete system failures. Usually my screen cascades to grey and a window appears telling me to hold down the power button and do a force restart. This one was a little different. Mail had stopped responding so I attempted a force-quit at which point the system crashed, while playing a looped audio blip over and over.
