The car is based on the limited SLR 722 edition.The engine was upgraded and now produces 814 HP! Unfortunatly there are no numbers about the acceleration times or the topspeed but the CEO of Sievers claims a topspeed of "over 350 km/h". I got to check out the incredibly rate Mercedes McLaren SLR 722S at an auto show I went to. This is production model #1 out of the 25 that will be made for the United states market. Towards the end I am able to get a better interior shot due to them opening the doors! Racing my Mclaren SLR at the 1 Mile Challange in Las Vegas. Brought along a Z06 and Lamborghini Gallardo Spider. Closest car at the event to the Mclaren was a modified heads/cam Z06 that hit 173mph in the Mile. All cars could have run slightly faster as there was a 10mph headwind.
