Police search Black Man's Car (Taxi Driver) while I'm eating Mexican Food

April 26, 2012, Kingman Arizona. Just an ordinary late afternoon / evening. Sitting in the car eating Mexican food, I look over and see Police conducting a search of a black man's taxi / cab driver's car (Yellow Taxi Company). The man wasn't very talkative aftewards and appeared rushed and irritated, having lost maybe an hour or so of work to the situation. I later meet up with a Mexican bus driver on the way to Mexico. He's telling me how easy an internet connection is in Mexico compared to the United States. Must be Wifi towers saturating every inch of Mexico.

Boarding Carnival Elation Cruise to Los Cabos, Mexico from Port of San Diego

In this tour we are Arriving at the San Diego Airport (Southern California) then we took the rental car to the Carnival Elation cruise ship docked at the port of San Diego. We were part of about 2400 passengers going on a 5 day cruise to Cabo San Lucas, and Ensenada. This is my first cruise trip, although many people boarding the vessel are returning passengers. In this tour, we show you the process of boarding the cruise ship, going thru the Carnival Checking- then going thru US Immigration as you depart and get ready to board your vessel. They check your passport, also when you return to the USA. There are dock personnel that will help you unload your baggage (tipping here) with the large number of people getting ready to load, there is crowding and some stress in dealing with the rush to unload the cab and get on board. The security staff direct the traffic and they even told me that I could not video tape the ship or traffic that it was ilegal to do so, this really ruined my day with this attitude from the dock staff. they should make you welcome not as an intruder. This really was a depressing memorable and unforgettable experience for my first cruise trip. There was a naval ship aircraft carrier anchored next to the Elation, completely loaded with jets and helicopters. Carnival Cruise Lines website: www.carnival.com The distance from the airport to the loading dock is about 3 miles or less, of course there are taxis, and rental car shuttles. Nachi Cocom Beach Club, Cozumel Mexico

Nachi Cocum was by far the best day of our vacation. We booked this resort at $49 per person (thru cozumelcruiseexcursions.com) After a $15 taxi ride, we arrived at Nachi and were greeted by a warm and friendly smile. We were immediately whisked away to our lounge chairs under a palapa and our drink orders were taken. Nachi is everything you imagine a Caribbean beach should be: gorgeous white sand, crystal-clear blue water, hammocks swinging in the shade of palm trees, a warm and clean pool and Jacuzzi with a swim-up bar...it is quite simply paradise. Our server, Manuel, was extremely attentive and accommodating. I lost count of the number of Margaritas and Rum Runners he brought us that day, but let's just say we definitely got our money's worth. Also included in the $49/person price is the food. You can order up to three items from their menu, per person, but my hubby and I could only manage to eat three items between the two of us. After chowing down on nachos, fajitas (which were extremely delicious) and quesadillas, there was simply no room for any more food. I regret not ordering the tortilla soup, but I literally could not eat another bite. After roughly four and a half hours, we had to force ourselves to leave. We would have preferred to establish permanent residence, but eventually out family would have tracked us down. So, we tipped Manuel $20 for his service, ordered two drinks to go, and found a taxi cab waiting to take us back to the pier.
"STEAM IN MEXICO" - (1963) Cuautla, Morelos. Estacion de San Lazaro.

***SIPNOSIS*** Almost every locomotive in this tape was made in the USA (some are hand-me-downs from the Nickel Plate, the Chicago Northwestern, the Florida East coast, and others). You'll see dozens including 4--4--0 Atlantics over 100 years old and sleek, modern 4--8--4 Northerns. The rare 4--8--0 Mastadon is covered in detail. There are three or four box-cab electrics and even early Alco and EMD diesels. 90 steam run pasts about evenly divided between narrow and standard gauge. 26 cab rides and dozens and dozens of old friends, sizzling quietly, waiting for the signal arm to move. There are vignettes of engineers, firemen, conductors, and brakemen - all in action. The whole is beautifully photographed, much of it against a stunning backdrop of 18000 foot volcanoes, by the professional cinematographer Mac Owen. Closes with shots from the pilot of a diesel locomotive as it starts from sea level at Los Mochis and climbs 8000 feet to the summit of the Sierra Madre mountains on the Chihuahua al Pacifico railroad.
