MK Anastasia Michaeli is facing an ethics complaint after pouring a cup of water on MK Ghaleb Majadele in a Knesset Education Committee meeting on Monday. Michaeli interrupted Majadele while he was speaking and the Labor MK told her to "shut up." Michaeli responded that she was surprised by his disrespectful way of speaking, and he repeated that she should shut up. At that point, Michaeli picked up a cup of water from the committee's table, poured it on Majadele's head, and walked out of the room. Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin said Michaeli's behavior not only hurt one MK, but the entire Knesset.

George Michael - I Can't Make You Love Me "I Can't Make You Love Me" is a 1991 popular song, written by Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin and recorded by Bonnie Raitt (her version available on this Cnannel) on her Luck of the Draw album from that year. In August 2000, Mojo magazine voted "I Can't Make You Love Me" #8 on its The 100 Greatest Songs Of All Time list. The idea for the song came to Reid while reading an article about a man arrested for getting drunk and shooting at his girlfriend's car. The judge asked him if he had learned anything, to which he replied, "I learned, Your Honor, that you can't make a woman love you if she don't." Reid and Shamblin were both country music songwriters, who according to some accounts originally wrote the song as a fast, bluegrass number. Upon slowing down the tempo considerably, they realized the song gained considerable power. It then made its way to Raitt and ultimately George Michael. It was not until he formed the duo Wham! together with Andrew Ridgeley in 1981 that success came for Michael. Hello Everyone! My name is Michael. I am an American citizen. I was born in the Midwest and decided to take Arabic classes while in college. After several years of formal/intensive training, I started to really get into the language and became quite fluent. One of my key passions in life is linguistics. I am very excited to share my knowledge of Arabic with you. The language is very beautiful, rich, and multi-dimensional. Arabic is quite difficult to learn, but I am here to help. Just know that it IS POSSIBLE to learn. To learn Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), it is absolutely essential to first learn the alphabet and understand all additional symbols and diacritics. If you try to learn Arabic without first learning how to write and read Arabic, you will not get very far (although you may learn a few basic phrases and recognize a few basic words). When learning Arabic, especially for English speakers, it is important to get a perspective from a native English speaker. Arabic is a very difficult language to master, but it is possible if you have the proper instruction. My Arabic Alphabet instruction is comprised of five individual videos.
