this is a video showing you how to change the audio cables on a technics 1200 or a 1210 as they are both the same just 1210s are black and 1200 are silver. INFO: depending on the wattage of your soldering iron depends on how long you will have to hold the tip on the conection before the solder melts, for exsample a 10 to 20 watt soldering iron will take longer than say a 25 to 40 watt soldering iron. it doesent really matter weather you use lead or lead free solder but bear in mind that lead free has a higher tin content than leaded solder and contains more flux so its harder to melt also leaded solder is soter but lead free solder is more brittle than lede solder. WARNIGS: make shure you unplug the turntable before unscrewing or opening. be careful not to breake any of the thin wires from the tone arm as they are a very delicate.

ARP ODYSSEY Analog Synthesizer 1972 | HQ DEMO
The ARP Odyssey is a classic monophonic / duophonic synthesizer. It came out 1972 and was the competitor of the Minimoog. It can be seen as a cutdown version of the ARP 2600 - although some features where added - the highpass filter and the oscillator synchronisation for example. It has the best sync-lead-sounds I ever heard from a synthesizer! The Odyssey is a real classic - and it sounds classic! The ARP has a lot of features, so it is very flexible: 2 oscillators (VCO 2 can be used as a second LFO), VCO synchronisation, 2 filters (resonant lowpass & non-resonant highpass), ring modulator, sample & hold, noise generator (white & pink noise), 1 LFO, 2 envelopes (ADSR and AR). There were three versions of the Odyssey. In my video you see an ARP Odyssey MK II from 1976 or 1977, which has the PPC (proportional pitch controller), the 24db filter, the CV/gate jacks - and a external signal input. In this video I used a Roland DEP-5 for delays and a Yamaha ProR3 for reverb. this short was a test run to check out the capabilities of mk2. and to my big surprise, the raw footage is absolutely stunning and i'll shoot future shorts with this camera rather than SONY EX3. sound is temp. shot over several hours with various zeiss/canon lenses. cut with FCP, color adjusted with MAGIC BULLET LOOKS. converted to 24p with cinema tools and compressor. the budget for this project was 200 bucks. sorry, no subtitle yet. but the premise is about a guy who's waiting for his girlfriend to come down from work so they can go have a picnic. but when he's forced to wait longer than expected, he plays a prank on her by telling her to get into a "friend's car" parked outside the building. based on a real prank pulled by a colleague.

The band had worked on In Rainbows for more than two years, beginning in early 2005. In between recording, the band toured Europe and North America for three months in mid-2006. The announcement of details about the album led to a flurry of media attention centered around the band's decision to first release the album online as a digital download for which fans could decide the price they paid. A special made-to-order "discbox", available for pre-order through inrainbows.com, was released on 3 December 2007. It contains the album on CD and two 12" heavyweight vinyl records with artwork and lyric booklets. The box includes a second enhanced CD which contains 8 additional tracks, as well as digital photos and artwork. The overall set is packaged in a hardcover book and slipcase. The discbox, priced at £40 (approx. US$80), also includes the MP3 download. Radiohead's managers, however, claimed that the Internet-only distribution was intended only to boost sales of the physical album.
