Kindle 2 ingenious DIY case with Moleskine

Here it is a ingenious way to hide your Kindle away to malicious eyes. Just take a Moleskine, cut the pages with a cutter, put your kindle in the last page pocket, after cutting the bottom edge of the pocket and gluing the black strips up and down the pocket to fit to the kindle depth. Anyone can do better than this, just want to share the idea.

DIY duct tape iPad 2 smart case

This is a homemade iPad 2 case that I made out of duct tape, thin abs plastic, rare earth magnets, aluminum and some felt. I got the idea from coregeek.net. This is the "prototype" but I plan on making it out of leather in the next few weeks. It utilizes the features of apples smart case. Opening the folio will wake the iPad and closing it will put it to sleep. It's held in place my magnets. Inside is lined with felt to prevent scratching.
