Murad Oil Mattifier Review

Dimethicone: You can find this in a lot of primers (more than oil controllers) or oil controllers that matte the face. From what I can remember it helps create a clean even canvas. Some are comedogenic, and others are noncomedogenic. I am not a huge science geek, so I shant bother you with details. I am going to review Milk of Magnesia Next and see if it is comparable to this. Tired of my Oilies! The price of this is a bit high, so hope Milk of Magnesia will work. Murad Acne Complex Review

AcneErasingSecrets.com Murad Acne Complex contains both parabens and propylene glycol along with other ingredients that are not natural or good for the overall health of your body as well. Parabens are preservatives for the products but they mimic estrogen levels in the body and this causes hormonal imbalances. I don't recommend that you use any products that contain parabens because it is not beneficial to the health of your body, internal organs or skin in the long run. Also, propylene glycol negatively effects the liver, heart and central nervous system. When people have acne and breakouts much of the time they need to cleanse and detox organs like the liver, colon and intestinal tract because these things get clogged up and stagnant with negative harmful things. Because murad contains propylene glycol and parabens I do not recommend that you use this acne treatment. Here are a few videos explaining parabens and propylene glycol better www.youtube.com And: www.youtube.com That should help you understand propylene glycol, parabens and other harmful and unhealthy cosmetic/skin care ingredients and products. Murad Acne Spot Treatment review

my review of a sample of Murad Acne Spot Treatment I received at sephora. FYI: I have combination skin-- oily + eczema. main points: 1. there is sulfur in this product, so it smells kinda bad 2. it reduces pimple size (cystic acne) within 3 days 3. doesn't do much for redness and scars, but can be covered up with make up So, given the state of my skin condition and the results I saw, I was pretty satisfied with this product. ** EDIT (7-26-09) ** Another FYI bit: I did NOT use the entire Murad acne system kit. I added this spot treatment to my regular routine, which includes the Ole Henriksen On the go cleanser, Olay complete all day moisture lotion (daytime), and Clean&Clear oil-free dual action moisturizer (nightime). I still have that small tube because I only use a small amount each time, & I don't think I'll run out of product any time soon. FEMALES: I know that i don't have a great quality video, but I made this during the week of my menstruation & I barely had my usual PMS breakouts. If I felt some coming, I used the product at night. the next morning, the possible pimple was just a tiny little white head that popped by itself when I washed my face. ... I kinda rambled on for 12 minutes about this product, so I had to cut it down. I apologize for the choppiness of the video.

Egyptian Philosopher Murad Wahba: Secularism is a Cultural Necessity

Aired June 22, 2009 on ON TV (Egypt) Egyptian Philosopher Murad Wahba Supports Normalization of Arab Relations with Israel and Declares: Secularism Is a Cultural Necessity From Transcript: Interviewer: You have said that the term "secularism" is taboo among the Arabs. Murad Wahba: Any person who says he is secular they either slaughter him or accuse him of apostasy. This happened to Sheik 'Ali Abd Al-Razeq in 1925, to Taha Hussein in 1926, to Naguib Mahfouz, and to Farag Fouda, who they killed. Nevertheless, I feel secularism is a cultural necessity. I call for secularism now, and we have held four conferences about it, which were peaceful, except for some minor threats. Interviewer: You recently said that fundamentalism has led Egypt to sterility. Murad Wahba: The most important thing in fundamentalism is adherence to the literal religious text, rather than using the mind [to interpret] the text. In other words, it paralyzes the mind. The fundamentalists lead the paralyzing of the mind, which means the paralyzing of creativity and of thought, which leads to backwardness. Courtesy of MEMRI TV via AtheistMedia.com -

Living with Our Selves | Abdal Hakim Murad

Talk by Sheikh Abdal Hakim Murad - 30th November 2010 - Cambridge - 1 hour 30 mins 46 secs How can one leave the self behind on the path to Allah when we are the self? This was the central paradox behind the sheikh's latest circle: living with our selves. Approaching the question through the language left us by today's monoculture makes our task difficult; the word has been so desacralised that it is nigh on impossible. This is not to say that signs are not present. Ironically the depth of modern scientific study has only given us the opportunity to diversify our appreciation of God's signs, from the far reaches of the universe down to the enigmatic workings of the subatomic realm; these ayat all urge us to be what the sheikh calls 'New Cynics', the Rindan of Mevlana Rumi. Akin to the intoxicated joyful ones of old who would laugh at the absurdity of their own selves and the world around them, we need now more than ever to marry the exuberance of youth with a learned cynicism over what the modern world seeks to beguile us with. This futuwwa has Hadhrat Ali - Shah e Merdan - as its champion, for his sword Zulfiqar with its two points indicated to the inward and outward rectification required of those who would tread the path of Islamic chivalry. That this dual jihad was and indeed is necessary was highlighted by the Sheikh in a chilling passage: al-Hasan al-Basri said that 'this world is a bridge, it is for passing over, not building on'; if you cannot realise this then ...

The Power of Monotheism | Abdal Hakim Murad

Talk by Sheikh Abdal Hakim Murad - 11 December 2010 - Cambridge - 46 mins 59 secs In this subtle and beautiful talk, delivered at the FOSIS Winter Conference, held late last year in Cambridge, Sheikh Abdal Hakim reflects on the amazing transformative power of a true understanding of the Divine Unity (tawhid). Why was it that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forgave the people of Mecca when he had conquered them? How was it that Islam was welcomed and honoured as it spread? What is it that brings people from all over the world to the Two Holy Cities in peace and brotherhood? Each of these and many many more examples testify to the unparalleled power of the pure monotheism of Islam to overcome hostility, division and the lust for revenge. By fully perceiving the One True Reality, we let go of the petty hatreds of our many apparent differences. But perhaps because we are so familiar with these stories, we seem to have forgotten how clearly this real capacity for forgiveness and empathy contrasts with the usual course of human behaviour. Certainly the state of the world today strongly suggests we are failing badly in our responsibility to enact the message of La ilaha illa Allah. May Allah grant us a true understanding of tawhid that will transform our hearts and through our hearts the world around us. For more, visit: cambridgekhutbasetc.blogspot.com

"Alive" - Bashar Murad (Live)

I wrote this song after my mother passed away almost three years ago. I'm working on a studio version. Hope you enjoy it. PLEASE SUPPORT: www.facebook.com www.facebook.com www.facebook.com www.facebook.com Lyrics: Looking at this life I've come to find There's so much hate No place left to hide So much pain I can't describe Looking through the crowd I see You're the only one who makes survive I don't know what to say I don't know what to do But all I know is Everything comes back to you I'm alive when you look at me I'm alive when you talk to me I'm alive in my fantasy I'm alive, I'm alive, I'm alive, I'm alive, I'm alive What would my life be If you're not here? You disappeared? I would be a wreck Can't you see? I need you here. Looking through the crowd I see You're the only one who makes survive I'm alive when you look at me I'm alive when you talk to me I'm alive in my fantasy I'm alive... So come and take a stand And lend me your hand So come and take a stand And lend me your hand Come, I'll understand I'm dreaming of your hand So come and take a stand And lend me your hand I don't know what to say I don't know what to do But all I know is Everything comes back to you I'm alive when you look at me I'm alive when you talk to me I'm alive in my fantasy I'm alive...
